Gavin McLean, Operations Manager at Ecoflo comes with a wealth of experience with over 30 years in the construction and manufacturing industries. Jo Fairley, Vice President Marketing at Ecoflo-WASH, comes with a strong background in marketing and communications in the Higher Education sector. Living in Australia for over 20 years she has performed in a variety of marketing roles and has an interest in identifying areas for opportunity and development and defining the strategy for getting there.

Joe Barnewall has a long history of leadership and executive roles spanning both corporate management and project management across Australia, Pacific Island countries, the Middle East and Africa. He has worked as a consultant, project manager and a project director. With a background in agricultural economics, he has worked in institutional strengthening and capacity building across WASH, extension, community consultation and social infrastructure projects. His development aid clients have included AusAID, the World Bank, ADB, UNDP, NZODA and the AfDB. His commercial clients have included province and national governments and business, large and small.
Joe's passion is leading and supporting teams as they implement change and development across the social landscape to deliver improved grass roots outcomes. Joe has worked with Ecoflo-WASH since 2012 and has led the company's focus on developing a Pacific Island Country market for composting toilets.

Peter Vollert, manager of Ecoflo-Wash Wastewater Management, is an engineer by profession and has a wealth of experience in this field. His experience includes site selection, feasibility studies, project front end loading, design management, tendering and delivery management. Peter has particular skills in managing complex project teams involving a wide range of disciplines on small to medium sized projects.
He has worked on a wide diversity of projects ranging from residential land subdivisions, defence facilities, community and educational facilities, industrial and mining projects. Born in Lae, Papua New Guinea (PNG), Peter is also a strong advocate of good environmental stewardship and brings his background in engineering to create end-to-end innovative solutions for waste management. These solutions are widely used in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region.

Rolf Vollert is a consulting engineer with over 30 years experience in the industrial and mining sectors. His strengths come from a broad range of experience in project development from concept to commissioning as well as in a wide range of industries. As well as his role as Director of Ecoflo, he is also manager and partner in Neubau Pty Ltd which supplies engineering services to the industrial and mining sectors. Rolf's skills include feasibility studies, detail design, contract preparation and administration and project management of multidisciplinary projects.
