I was introduced into financial advice, by seeing the impact that this had to my parent's life. This really showed me the result that a good quality financial plan can have on people and their families. I strongly feel as though having the right plan and structure will allow you to enjoy spending more time doing things with those you love and less time worried about money.
E-Fishient Property Solutions is proud to be working alongside Brad. With over 25 years of experience in the residential, commercial and property development space. His knowledge and expertise in these fields are extensive, having served as a project manager for land subdivisions, and multi unit/townhouse projects. He has also been successful in delivering purpose built, architecturally designed homes to meet the specifications and the QLD Government and private new home sector. Brad's passion is helping people in their real estate journey, be it first home buyers, investors and sellers alike.
Meet Brienna, affectionately known as Brie. A dynamic and dedicated individual whose professional journey has taken her from the heart of childcare to the thriving realm of property management. Brie's story if one of passion, growth and a steadfast commitment to both her work and the community she serves. With a solid foundation built on nine years of experience in childcare, Brie decided it was time for a change, seeking a new challenge that would allow her to channel her skills and enthusiasm into a different field.
Being part of a strong and caring office culture is of utmost importance to Cathy and she has found this here with us at E-Fishient Property Solutions as our Office Manager.

Hailing from Armidale, NSW, we are delighted to introduce you to the wonderful Georgi. Having 4 years previous property management experience with her local real estate back home, Georgi is a wonderful addition to the team. Georgi's approachable and easy going personality, combined with her knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for all things property make her an incredible asset not only to E-Fishient Property Solutions but to her landlords and tenants as well. Not only does Georgi own her own home, but she is always on the lookout for her next investment property where she enjoys adding value through cosmetic renovations.
