ENERWOODS aims at strengthening the role of Nordic forestry as a significant contributor to the development of competitive, efficient and renewable energy systems... We aimed at optimizing systems from a land-use perspective to maximize society's benefits in terms of energy services per unit of land subject to ecological and economic constraints.
