Caitlyn joined Evergreen in 2018 and manages customer accounts in the service department. She helps customers with endorsements, billing, questions, and issues that arise about their coverages. Caitlyn provides a consistent point of contact for her customers and enjoys helping customers better understand their insurance.

Kara joined Evergreen in 2022 and is enjoying learning about the insurance industry. Kara is responsible for the day to day accounting for the agency. This includes the agencies Accounts payables and Accounts receivables.
Kara earned an associate's degree specializing in business from Cambria Rowe Business College. She resides in Patton with her husband. She has four children and 2 dogs.

Carol has been with Evergreen since 1995 and is responsible for personal lines sales for the agency. She is committed to meeting the protection needs of her clients through hard work, great attention to detail, and a service-first attitude. Before joining Evergreen, she was the manager of a family-owned office which included sales and product assessments for clients.

David joined Evergreen in 1986 with responsibility for developing the Life, Health and Financial Services department for the agency. David's primary discipline is in the area of employee benefits and performs sales and service duties for our customers. He serves as a commercial insurance producer serving our customers' business insurance needs and is our resident professional regarding Medicare and Medicare Supplements.
David began his career in individual life insurance sales in 1981. He was hired a year later by The Travelers Insurance Company and worked exclusively with independent insurance agencies to market life, health, and financial services products in western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
David attended West Virginia University and has a bachelor's in business administration. He holds many professional designations including Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC).
David resides with his wife, Debby, in Morgantown, WV.
Vickey joined Evergreen in 2010. She serves as a commercial lines account service manager. She has over a dozen years in the insurance industry.
Crystal currently works in account service but is also an experienced underwriter. This gives her the ability to communicate with customers, the sales team and insurance carriers to resolve insurance needs. Crystal enjoys seeing the technology that continues to improve customer service. Crystal comments that, "As an agency we are making great strides to meet the needs of our customers affected by the pandemic and those who prefer connecting via technology as it helps them in their everyday business needs/concerns."
Crystal is a graduate of Chestnut Ridge High School, Fishertown, Pa. in Business Curriculum. She has served in the insurance industry for over 41 years. She lives in Osterburg, Pa., with her husband Gareth and has two children and four grandchildren. Crystal loves to garden, do crafts of any type, and spend time with her grandchildren! She is a member of Weyand United Methodist Church.

Debbie has enjoyed being in the insurance industry since 1995 and joined Evergreen in 2011. Her primary goal, as Assistant Personal Lines Manager, is to provide clients with accessible expertise and an honest, thoughtful, problem-solving approach to the complex world of personal, and farm insurance.

Amy joined Evergreen in 2014, but has over 18 years in a wide range of positions and responsibilities in the insurance industry. She has worked with commercial customers in many industry categories. One of Amy's roles at Evergreen is to present commercial customer insurance needs to carriers to obtain competitive quotes. She services a large commercial account and has various surplus lines responsibilities including filings.

Prior to joining Evergreen, Greg was president of Holsinger Agency, Inc. located in Indiana, PA. He was also a founder and partner in the Insurance Market and a partner in the Koontz, George & Baird Agency.
Greg joined Evergreen in 2006 as a vice president and commercial lines producer. With over 35 years of insurance industry experience, Greg is responsible for providing supervision and direction to Evergreen's Personal Lines Department. He also uses his expertise and experience to help commercial companies with the ever-growing operational challenges and risks.
Stephanie joined Evergreen Insurance, LLC in 2022 with 7 years of experience in high-risk
Joe Reschini is President of The Reschini Group and CEO of Evergreen Insurance, both independent insurance agencies with locations throughout Western PA. Joe joined The Reschini Group in November 2006 as Chief Operating Officer and became President in April 2012 after the passing of his father, Roger Reschini. Joe represents the third generation of Reschinis at the firm that his grandmother, Rose Reschini, founded in 1938. In January 2018, Joe became CEO of Evergreen Insurance after purchasing controlling interest in S&T-Evergreen from S&T Bank. Prior to joining The Reschini Group, Joe spent the previous 12 years as a Property/Casualty actuary at various insurance companies. Joe graduated from Bucknell University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Nicole helps commercial customers identify problems and offers solutions, providing prompt and efficient support. With over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, she has worked in employee benefits, life and health, and her current focus - commercial insurance. Nicole appreciates that the constantly evolving industry provides many opportunities for professional development and education.
Kelly has an extensive background in the insurance industry with over 27 years of experience, including working for Highmark Blue Shield and Matson Insurance Agency. She continues to serve commercial accounts since joining Evergreen in 2015.
A Licensed Property & Casualty agent, Kelly earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Kelly lives in Brookville, PA, with her husband and three children.
Shea is responsible for the agency's financial management and accounting functions including supervising the accounting department staff. She is also responsible for the Agency' systems and administrative functions including the supervision of the Administrative department staff. She joined Evergreen as part of the accounting department in 2015. She served as the agencies controller before taking on her current role as Director of Operations in 2022.
Joe is active in the community. He is chairman of the Indiana Healthcare Foundation, chair of the Indiana Regional Medical Center Centennial Capital Campaign, past chair of the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce board of directors, board member of The Friendship Circle, board member of the Indiana County Development Corporation, board member of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania Research Institute, and council member of the Pennsylvania Society. Joe is a past member of the Indiana County American Red Cross board of directors, the Indiana County American Heart Association board of directors, and the Indiana County United Way board of directors.
Joe lives in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh with his wife Ree and daughter Lola.

Lynn joined the Evergreen Insurance Agency in 2022 and has eight years of experience in the insurance industry. She received her Property & Casualty License in 2015 and her primary focus is on personal lines. She wants to be sure that her clients have the proper coverage for their personal situations.
Lynn resides in Nicktown, PA with her husband. She loves the outdoors, so if she is not visiting with her children, you will probably find her either camping, going motorcycle & trail riding or just hanging around the fire in the back yard.
