Dana currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Golden Isles Association of Realtors, serves on the Governmental Affairs and the RPAC Committees. She also volunteers at her church The Chapel, Bourroughs Moulette Elementary School and is a Salvation Army bell ringer. An Associate Broker at Georgia Coast Realty, Mrs. Phelan is a life member of the Circle of Excellence and graduate of the Georgia Realtor Institute (GRI). Nancy moved to St. Simons from Atlanta in 1972 and was first licensed in 1976. Originally from Americus, GA, she is an honor graduate of the University of Georgia-A native Georgian who knows the island and the lifestyle it has to offer. A volunteer in many organizations, such as The American Cancer Society, Safe Harbor, and Christ Church Tour of Homes, she is also a member of the St. Simons Land Trust, Coastal Georgia Historical Society, Christ Church Frederica and the Golden Isles Arts & Humanities. She and her husband Bill reside at 419 Mimosa Drive, West Point.

Sarah Broyles is an agent in the Rental Division at Georgia Coast Realty. Sarah specializes in residential long term and vacation property management. Sarah is an active member of the Glynn County community. She is Glyndale Baptist Church's representative with the Southeast Baptist Association. She is also a member of Glyndale Baptist Church's youth committee, a Sunday School teacher, and an AWANA teacher. She has also been involved with volunteer work with Hospice of the Golden Isles, Camp Caring Hearts, and many fundraisers that help teens in the Golden Isles Community.
With over thirty years' experience in marketing and real estate sales, Teri Moore has specialized in the second and luxury home market on Sea Island and St. Simons Island, as well as primary homes throughout the area. She is a Life Member of the Golden Isles Association of Realtors' Circle of Excellence.
A native of Illinois, she discovered The Golden Isles while vacationing from Atlanta, and has been a resident of St. Simons Island since 1988. She has been active in various community organizations throughout the years, serving as a mentor to students in the Glynn County Partners in Education Program, and most recently serving as President of the Auxiliary of Hospice of the Golden Isles. She is an active member of St. Simons United Methodist Church.
