Haven4Change, Inc. is licensed (#810260) by the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services as a Residential Transitional Living facility .The mission of Haven4Change is to provide safe, sanitary, and affordable housing and supportive services in a nurturing environment with the goal of facilitating and encouraging successful recovery from substance abuse and its related barriers. Haven4Change, Inc. is designed to serve women 18 years of age or older, recovering from substance abuse and dependency, and their children ages 12 and younger... Our goal is to assist these women in becoming productive members of society while living a drug-free lifestyle... Haven4Change offers a structured living environment designed to provide a continuum of treatment and helps stabilize the functional and emotional aspects of a woman's life. It offers women the opportunity to reunite with their children and demonstrate that they are able to resume custody.
