Bindi Nair is heading Operations, Human Resources and Administration for ii2. She is responsible for all aspects of HR & Admin including manpower planning and restructuring, performance management, compensations and benefits, employee development & relations, retention, rewards, training, development, management of infrastructure and maintaining public relations.
Her all round expertise includes various areas of client servicing and supporting business operations with companies like LG, Airtel, Teamlease, Gold Souk and Olive.
Bindi is a commerce graduate and holds a PG in HR from Symbiosis Pune.

Dr. Sudarsh is our Director and Chief Research Officer for ii2. He is a builder of institutions, especially in India. He specializes in management of research and technology, planning and strategy, motivation and people management. He has consistently been part of the top management in every position he has held till now.
In addition, Dr. Sudarsh commands the respect of the world's best in pattern recognition research. He has invented innumerable best-in-class technologies (often the world's first) including the world's fastest 2D Continuous wavelet transform software and the world's best Voice Recognition system (developed for the Govt. of India, led to the first ever conviction of terrorists). With over 35 years of hands-on software development and management experience, he makes for a unique mix of manager and practicing technologist.
Jacob Binny is the Senior Technical Lead for ii2. His expertise includes handling different technical aspects like design patterns and refactoring, system design, technical feasibility study, environment finalization and effort estimation, risk analysis, evaluate and provide recommendations on technologies to be used, Maintenance and Production Support.
Jacob is a BTech and is a part of the team planning and architecting various projects in ii2.

Michael Kravietz is Founder and CEO of ii2 AUSTRALIA. He is PMP and Prince certified professional with over 30 years of rich experience in the IT industry. Michael carries a library of knowledge and practical experience in sectors such as Telecommunications and Banking.

Rohith Raveendranath, is the Founder Managing Director, Group CEO and CTO of ii2 INDIA. He handles multiple roles from Technology to Design and Product development to Delivery.
Rohith is extremely passionate about technology and has an uncanny ability to home in on the ideal technology. His leadership includes nurturing the core values and formulating ii2's vision, consistently converting this vision into reality time and again. Under his leadership,ii2 was awarded as the best entrepreneur by Govt. of Kerala.
At ii2, he brings in inimitable innovative spirit and eagerness to excel. He is an alumni of College of Engineering, Trivandrum and was at Infosys prior to founding ii2.
Sriram Seshagiri is leading Technical Architecture Solutions for ii2. He is currently leading the team in projects related to machine learning, rule engines, cloud computing, automation of software building, testing and release.
He possesses more than 24yrs of expertise on various architectural styles and frameworks. He has experience in Zachmann and TOGAF, being a certified TOGAF 9 Architect. His techno-functional skills are primarily related to Continuous Integration and Delivery, Automation of build/release processes and shortening delivery lead times.
His exposure is with companies like R Systems, TKM Infotech & eFunds Corporation.
