Fee Collings

Fee has 25 years experience working in learning and development with organisations, teams and individuals in the public sector. Fee is a highly skilled facilitator and organisational development practitioner, working with individuals and groups at middle and senior management levels. Fee is a chartered member of the CIPD, a qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator and DISC practitioner. She has a Diploma in Counselling Skills, Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, and is an Associate member of the Association for Coaching.

Fiona Byrne

Fiona is an experienced business psychologist and leadership coach, with more than 20 years experience of partnering with NHS organisations to support individuals, teams, and organisations through challenging circumstances and large-scale organisational change. As a coach, she has collaborated with individual leaders at all levels, from Board to front line staff. Fiona holds both primary and post graduate degrees in psychology and is a qualified coach, and is a member of the BPS, ABP and the EMCC.

Heidi Johnson Paul

Heidi has a Masters Degree in International Leadership, is a qualified coach and delivers workplace coaching skills training.

Helen Dickie

Helen brings 20+ years of corporate experience to the team. In her previous roles she has worked either independently or as part of a team with extensive experience of dealing with senior global leaders in a confidential environment where "customer" is at the heart of the business. She has a proven track record of communicating and delivering professionally and effectively at all levels within an organisation and externally. Her exceptional interpersonal skills to develop rapport and positive working relationships quickly and empathetically are an asset to the team. Helen is an integral part of the leadership team at Insightful Exchange, she leads on managing programmes and she is the interface with our clients and our Associate team, taking care of the logistics and important details to enable the success of our work.

Joanne Wright

Joanne is an experienced coach, mediator, facilitator and organisational development specialist. She has a a calm, positive approach which helps clients see through complex challenges, enabling them to feel confident with the decisions or direction they need to take. Joanne specialises in conflict and stress using therapeutic coaching techniques. She is a registered member of the Association for Coaching, the BACP, and is an ACAS trained mediator.

Jodie Wrout

Jodie is a certified life, career and emotional wellbeing coach, specialising in helping individuals achieve the life that they want at home and at work. With more than 20 years corporate experience leading and developing large teams she has a solid understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working within organisations. Jodie holds qualifications in Personal Coaching, NLP and Wellbeing Coaching, she is a member of the ICF.

John Monahan

John is an experienced development professional with a background in Organisational Development, Leadership Development and Human Resources. With experience spanning multiple sectors, John has held senior roles in NHS provider organisations and has worked at regional and national level as a Deputy Director at the NHS Leadership Academy. John brings a depth of experience and understanding to our Organisational Development and Leadership Development practice; and has a passion for working with clients to enable insight and growth. John is a chartered member of the CIPD and holds a Master's Degree in HRM, he is an accredited Executive Coach, an accredited MBTI practitioner, a Strengthscope Master and a member of the EMCC.

Julia Petherbridge

Julia is an accredited OD Practitioner and Advanced Transformational Coach, Team Coach and holds qualifications in MBTI Step1&11, Action Learning facilitation and 360 feedback profiling.

Maggie Hellier Woods

Maggie uses her personal experience, skills and knowledge supported by Master's level qualifications to work in partnership with clients to develop and deliver bespoke interventions.

Paul Beal - Managing Director

Paul founded the business in 2008 and his role is to lead, develop and manage our business. Previously, as Executive Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development within the NHS, Paul held a variety of Board level positions working on transformational change across the country. Paul's passion is empowering individuals to meet their full potential both professionally and personally. Paul works with senior leaders to enhance their performance, build insight, and develop self-awareness of their leadership style and influence on teams which enhances organisational culture. Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds qualifications in leadership development, coaching, mediation, SDI tool and is a Strengthscope Master Practitioner. Paul is a member of European mentoring and coaching council (EMCC).

Ruth Wood
