Our goal is to make your move-in and move-out as simple as possible, so in addition to including all utilities, furnishings, etc, in your rent, JMR provides all of your basic kitchen needs too. Microwave, coffee pots, toasters, a full set of dinnerware and flatware including mugs for those cold winter Binghamton hot coaco nights! Pots and pans, cooking tools, kitchen trash can, dish pan and drain board, broom, dust pan, and mop come with each apartment too! You'll have enough to pack in your car already - so we provide as much as we can to make your move-in and move-out easier... As a small student rental housing company, JMR Properties owners Wade and Gretchen Kornet, will work directly with you to find you the best room/apartment/ house from our four properties to meet your location, budget, and living situation/roommate requests... Yes, the laundry is all yours! But we provide a washer and dryer at each of our properties for your use.
