She has a deep passion for supporting mission critical contact centers and has designed and delivered more than 20 contact center projects over the past 15 years. She has led and assisted teams that have won $1B+ in Federal government contact center contracts.

Kevin has 35+ years of experience with both commercial and government clients. He is an effective communicator with results-oriented negotiation skills and exceptional problem solving abilities. He is adept at translating business requirements into winning solutions. He has contributed to significant growth at EDS/HP, and KECH, winning more than $2B in contracts over his career. Kevin is highly skilled in implementation and on-going operations, smoothly transitioning programs from sales to delivery.
