Alain Wegmüller has been CFO of the Kündig Group since 2016 and is responsible for finances, controlling, HR and IT. After graduating from the University of Zurich with a degree in economics, he worked with one of the Big Four accounting firm as an auditor with national and international industrial clients. Before joining Kündig, Alain Wegmüller was in charge of an international finance team of a listed Swiss company.

Beat Kündig has been a member of Executive Management since 1982 and Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1992. Before this, he was a grain trader in the United States and worked for certification authorities (the USDA) and on experimental farms (soy). The owner of the Kündig Group is a founding member of the FairWild Foundation and played a central role in the development of the Hungarian Association of Organic Farmers (Biokultura).

Bruno Höltschi has been a member of the Kündig Group's Board of Directors since 2012. He is an entrepreneur and runs his own two companies, Unicorn (Suisse) SA and Pasta Röthlin AG. He is also on the boards of other medium-sized food manufacturing companies in Switzerland and Germany. After obtaining his doctorate in agricultural economics, he worked as a consultant with McKinsey for several years. He then joined the Orior Group, where he was General Manager of Pastinella for more than ten years before taking charge of international and new business and handling two management buy-ins.

Marc-Remo Kündig has been General Manager of Kündig Nahrungsmittel GmbH & Co KG since 2015 and took charge of the Kündig Group's Business Development in 2021. A qualified marketing (SAWI) and management-specialist (HSG), he previously worked as a product manager for leading companies in the dental and automobile industries, where he was able to hone his brand management skills in four languages.

Mario Gabler has been part of the Kündig team as Managing Director of Kündig Bio Agrarprodukte in Berlin since October 2017. After studying law at the Free University of Berlin, he was initially responsible for the food retailing / Point of Sale Marketing department for a Berlin marketing agency. He then headed the Berlin office / retail sector for a listed HR service provider. Before joining Kündig, he worked as the sales manager of a relevant German organic commodities trader since 2009.
Monique Bourquin (lic.oec.HSG) has nearly 30 years of experience in the food industry. She held senior positions in marketing and sales in companies like Knorr, Rivella and Mövenpick. She was country Manager at Unilever Switzerland from 2008-2012 und CFO at Unilever Germany for the DACH region till 2016. Beside being a member of the board of the Kündig Group, she is member of the board of Emmi AG, Kambly Holding SA and Weleda AG. She is in the board of trustees of Swisscontact and president of Promarca, the Swiss branded goods association.
Ralph Siegl (lic.rer.publ. HSG, MSc (Econ)) has more than 25 years of experience in operational and strategic management in the food and consumer goods industry, in retail and in the financial sector. After working as a foreign trade expert in the FDFA / EVD until 1995, he held various management positions in the global export business at Nestlé in Switzerland and Australia. From 2006 to 2018 he led the family company Läderach (Schweiz) AG into the international brand market as the first external CEO. Since 2010 he has been a member or chairman of the Board of Directors of Gübelin AG, Bank Linth LLB AG, Hochdorf Swiss Nutrition AG, Zibatra Beteiligungen AG and YLEX AG. Ralph Siegl is Chairman and Managing Partner of Experts for Leaders AG and accompanies various entrepreneurs and company managements as an independent Trusted Advisor. He has chaired the jury of the Switzerland Global Enterprise Export Awards since 2017 and nourishes his entrepreneurial curiosity in other pro bono forums and as a start-up co-initiator.

Kündig has been with the Kündig Group since 2016 and, apart from his duties as Group CEO, he is jointly responsible for sales. After graduating from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) with a degree in economics and an MBA at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), he worked in sales for various media companies. Before joining Kündig, he helped establish digital outdoor advertising on the Swiss market for an American company.
Walter Stürzinger has more than 40 years of experience in the financial industry and, as Group Chief Risk Officer and Group Chief Operating Manager, was a member of Executive Management with UBS AG. A Swiss certified chartered accountant, he graduated with an MBA from the INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, in 1993.
