Our mission is to contribute to the spread of spirituality, without dogma and without proselytism, but with enthusiasm and joy... We want to offer a place of practice, exchange and sharing in which everyone can find the peace, calm and above all optimism that are lacking in today's society. The simple practices and teachings based on the Hindu spiritual heritage and the lessons drawn from our experiences and to which we give access, allow us to find in ourselves all the strength and the faith to face the harshness of our modern world.
