Casey is currently the Clinical Director and Lead Physical Therapist at our Lake Mead location. With over 20 years of experience in the field, Casey has developed a deep understanding of various musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. She specializes in providing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet each patient's unique needs and goals. Expand
Casey holds a B.S. in Exercise and Sport Science with emphasis on Sports Medicine from Colorado State University. She obtained her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota, with special research completed in balance and vertigo. Casey later received specialized training in Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) and Employee Testing from Roy Matheson as well as BTE Technologies utilizing state of the art equipment. She is currently performing FCEs at both locations in addition to developing Work Hardening/Work Conditioning programs for the injured worker's safe return to employment.
Early in her career, Casey developed and started the CVA/Stroke Neurological Recovery Wing for an inpatient rehabilitation hospital in the Vegas Valley implementing her training in Neurological Development Techniques (NDT). However, over the last 18 years, she has focused her career in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation working with chronic pain patients, post operative recovery, adult and adolescent sports medicine/injuries, and industrial rehabilitation. Casey believes in using a holistic approach to care, incorporating evidence-based techniques and the latest advancements in physical therapy. She combines manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and state of the art equipment such as shockwave, Graston, and traction to help restore function, improve strength, and enhance flexibility. She also emphasizes patient education, empowering individuals to actively participate in their own recovery process.
Casey is a Las Vegas native with deep roots in Nevada. She enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and family. She enjoys snowboarding, traveling, floral designing, and playing pickleball. Beyond her expertise, Casey is known for her warm and empathetic demeanor, creating a safe and comfortable environment for patients. She values open communication and ensures that every patient feels heard, understood, and supported throughout their treatment.

Ms. Crawford is the President of MML Physical Therapy, a privately owned and operated outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in chronic pain. Formerly, she was the Director of Physical Therapy at the University Center for Pain Management in Houston, Texas, under the direction of Dr. Prithvi Raj. Karen has a certification in Graston as well as Functional Capacity Evaluations. She has been a volunteer with the Trauma Intervention Program which is an organization in Las Vegas utilized by emergency responders to counsel victims of suicide, homicide, or natural death. Ms. Crawford's memberships include: The American Physical Therapy Association, American College of Sports Medicine, National Chronic Pain Outreach Association, American Pain Society, American Mental Health Counselors Association, and is a clinical associate with the American Academy of Pain Management. Her awards and honors include: the World Who's Who of Women 1992, Exemplary Humanitarian Service from the city of Houston, TX 1988 and appreciation award from the Afghanistan people during the Afghanistan war 1987. Creative works include Fitness editor, West Houstonian 1983-1987, and founder of Maternally Fit with Courts, Etc. Karen is published in the treatment of CRPS, and has dedicated the last 20 years to treating chronic pain patients. Ms. Crawford received her BS in Physical Therapy from Texas Women's University and her Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. Karen is licensed in Utah, Texas, and Nevada and has been a
resident of Nevada since 1991.
Karen Crawford is a nationally recognized chronic pain specialist and expert, and is affiliated with several national associations that researches chronic pain, chronic regional pain syndrome, fibromyalgia, and sports medicine. Karen is published in the treatment of Complex Regional PainSyndrome, and has a reputation among claims managers and claimants' attorneys as a therapist who can evaluate and treat the most difficult chronic pain patients. Her degrees in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, and Physical Therapy allow her to gain insight into treating the patient from a highly informed perspective, which results in restoring chronic pain patients to a higher functional level. At MML Physical Therapy, we spend time listening to each patient, creating a customized treatment plan for each patient.

Kimberly Floth joined our team in 2001. She manages MML Physical Therapy's insurance billing, collections, credentialing, contracting and the lien department. When she is not providing excellent support to our patients and business associates she enjoys the simple things in life.
Ms. Miranda has been a PTA for the past two decades. She has practiced in Texas, Florida and Nevada and has received special training in the areas of wound care and geriatric wellness. She is certified in the Graston technique and has done extensive workshops in myofascial release, as well as numerous other soft tissue mobilization techniques. Kim has been an aquatics instructor for the arthritis foundation and an instructor in Tai-Chi for the elderly. Kim is an active member of the APTA. She enjoys spending time with her son, fiancé and their two dogs (Lola & Delilah). Kim loves riding motorcycles and being outdoors. She is from New Orleans, LA and has been a resident of Nevada since 1991.
Maria was raised in California and moved to Las Vegas in 1997. She started working at MML in 2015. She has great people skills, assists with patient filing and charting, and keeps gym environment and equipment in good condition. She is bilingual in English/Spanish. She has been in the medical field for 14 years. In her spare time, she likes spending time with her 3 children and 2 dogs.
Maria Quinton has been working in the medical field for nearly 25 years and loves helping people. She is using her various talents to create marketing ideas and loves the happiness she leaves behind when she delivers goodies to the various offices that refer to MML PT. She loves to travel, learn foreign languages and serving those in the community.
Monica has a doctorate in Physical Therapy with 4 years experience. She recently moved to Las Vegas from her hometown of Bismarck, North Dakota. She has background in a variety of physical therapy settings. Monica enjoys working with neurological conditions and has spent time post graduation with these types of patients.
Her undergraduate degree is athletic training and has had experience working with the athletic population. Ms. Kuether enjoy hiking, running, and snowboarding. She loves animals and has two cats she considers part of her family. Monica Kuether will be a great addition to the MML family.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has worked for MML since 2012. She enjoys spending time with her family and helping the community to spread awareness on Children's
Cancer. She loves helping others heal and working at MML is the perfect way to share her compassion for everyone.

Thayne is a PIMA graduate PTA with three years of experience. He has achieved multiple certifications for patient treatment and exercise progression. Prior to being a PTA he was a Master Personal Trainer for six years and also interned for UNLV Athletics Strength Training and Conditioning.
Thayne enjoys personal relationships with patients and assisting them on their way to recovery.
He enjoys soccer, golf, gym, and spending time with family. Thayne's favorite teams are Liverpool FC and Ohio State. His favorite travel destination is Thailand.
