NEW DAWN ENERGY

New Dawn Energy was formed to acquire and develop oil and gas operated and non-operated assets in major basins in the US. The initial efforts of the company were focused on the acquisition of non-operated oil and gas assets. However we have now reached our goal and are actively pursuing good operated as well as non-operated projects... New Dawn Energy, LLC (NDE), is a privately owned, Texas based, Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Company formed in April 2015.
