Bruce Krieg

Bruce Krieg has 35+ years of forest industry and real estate brokerage experience. He has been with the Real Estate Division of American Forest Management since 2013. Before coming to AFM Bruce owned and operated Greenwood Consulting, a forest managment consulting firm, he worked for Kidder Mathews Forestland Specialty Group, Colliers International Natural Resources Group, and Timber Services, Inc. Bruce has a B.S. degree in Business Management with a minor in Forestry from Humboldt State University. He specializes in the brokerage of Forestland and Natural Resources.

Chris Marshall

Chris Marshall studied international business but ultimately decided to follow his interest in the great outdoors and use his business experience to sell rural land in his home state of Oregon. Chris is based in south Oregon in the Central Point area and focuses on assisting buyers and sellers of rural properties including timberland, farms, ranches, and raw land throughout the state. His focus on the client, details, and marketing has created many successful outcomes and satisfied clients in the 7 years he has worked with AFM Real Estate.

Colton Jacobson

Colton brings extensive knowledge in rural land transactions gained from four generations of his family who are still involved in the agriculture and forest industries. HIs passion truly lies within working Farms, Ranches and Timber properties all across Oregon. When not doing Real Estate you can find him in the woods, helping the family business or enjoying a day fishing, hunting or hiking.

Fred Sperry

Fred has worked on and managed forests of the Pacific Northwest for more than 35 years. He has been involved with forest land transactions in one capacity or another for over 20 years. His experience includes nearly every aspect of forestry. Fred has extensive experience dealing with county, state and federal regulatory agencies. Fred is the founder and co-owner of Northwest Forest Properties, along with his wife Jean. He is a Certified Forester and a member of the Association of Consulting Foresters and the Society of American Foresters. (Licensed in Oregon and Washington)

Jesse Bloomfield

Jesse has over 15 years of experience as a professional forester and consultant. He has worked extensively in Washington and Oregon providing a broad range of timber land management and forestry related services to a diverse set of landowners. Jesse is the owner of Bloomfield Forestry where he provides pre-sale consulting services to timber and land sale Clients. Jesse is a Certifed Forester and a member of the Society of American Foresters. (Licensed in Washington)

Jim Bunker

Jim's 40 years in the Pacific Northwest timberland business will pay dividends for clients. He just retired from the largest timberland company in the United States and is now embarking on a new venture in brokerage and consulting. He has deep experience in large and small timberland acquisitions and dispositions, negotiations, escrow, land use, appraisals, and client relationships. He will leverage his extensive network of buyers, sellers, and brokers to help clients achieve their objectives.

Kaitlin McFarland
