PEAK PERFORMANCE TEAM - Key Persons
Job Titles:
- Cofounder
- Executive Vice President
- Cofounder of Peak Performance Team Inc.
Danny Delich is cofounder of Peak Performance Team Inc. and serves as executive vice president. Danny wears many hats with the organization and is responsible for personally signing most of the company's early accounts. Danny still focuses on working with and landing major accounts.
Danny started his automotive career in 1986, working for a large independent dealership where he worked his way through the ranks from salesman to general manager. Danny credits and thanks his mentor for teaching him every facet of the business; from inventory acquisition and recon to retail sales, and from F&I to back office.
In 2001 Danny left retail automotive to take a position selling and marketing F&I products with a local agency. Danny's love for the automotive business, combined with his sales talent, allowed him to quickly acquire this agency which he owned and operated for over a decade.
Danny is a true "car guy" with a passion for independent dealers. He spends much of his time working with various state independent auto dealer associations and even sits on the board of the Alabama association. In his very limited free time Danny loves working out, traveling with his wife Dina, and being a dad and granddad.
