In 1995, Pen-Mei's trading products included Mold Cleaning Compound and Conditioning Compound from Dong Jin Semichem Co. Ltd., Korea, as well as Heat Spreader, Heat Slug, Heat Sink and Stiffener from Young Yiel Precision Co. Ltd. By 1996, the Company successfully developed and produced our own exclusive paper dummy frame for mold cleaning. We are able to custom-manufacture paper dummy frames based on the needs and requirements of our industrial clients, both in the local and international market... We are an ISO 9001:2008 certified company specialising in providing paper dummy frame and melamine cleaning compound for the semiconductor industry.
