Aida's illustrious career is a testament to her profound understanding of real estate operations. Her strategic vision has consistently optimized efficiency and ensured seamless execution across complex management and accounting processes. From overseeing property portfolios to implementing financial strategies, Aida's impact resonates throughout the entire spectrum of real estate operations. Her unique perspective, cultivated during her tenure as a civil litigation paralegal, has endowed her with a meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in navigating challenges.
Aida holds a Bachelor's degree in Justice Studies from Northeastern Illinois University, laying the foundation for her expertise in justice principles. Furthermore, she has obtained a Paralegal Certification from Loyola University Chicago, affirming her legal proficiency. Her role as a Licensed Real Estate Broker underscores her comprehensive understanding of the industry, complemented by her CPM (Certified Property Manager) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Beyond her professional achievements, Aida is a dedicated wife and mother of two wonderful daughters. Actively supporting her children in activities such as gymnastics, dance, and theater, she embodies the essence of resilience and commitment in both her personal and professional endeavors.
In her current role with RE Development, Aida is poised to deepen her understanding of facilities and property operations, enriching her ability to drive strategic excellence in real estate development.
Don Thilmany received his AA and AAS degrees from Harper Jr College. Don brings 35+ years of accounting experience to RE Development Solutions, with 15 years of property management accounting experience. He is responsible for accounts receivable, general ledger and financial statement analysis of our portfolio. In his spare time, Don enjoys spending time with his family and friends and collecting sports memorabilia.
Jeremy Szybowicz joined the RE Development Solutions in May of 2019. Jeremy has 16 years of real estate experience and has completed in excess of 1,000 lease transactions. At RE Development Solutions, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day leasing for the portfolio and also sources potential new building acquisitions. Jeremy is a passionate Leasing Director making every effort to satisfy his Tenants and Investors. In his free time, Jeremy is an avid golfer, enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.

Karen Hart has been with the company since early 2018 and over the years she has taken on more and more responsibility proving herself to be a vital member of the company. Karen is responsible for dispatching all service requests, scheduling inspections, Tenant inquiries and plays an important role in the company's responsiveness to our Tenants. Everyone loves Karen's hard work and determination along with her fun personality.

Kristen Punzalan graduated from the University of Phoenix with an associate degree in accounting. With a strong foundation in accounting, Kristen has been an integral part of our accounting department bringing her past seventeen years of experience. Throughout her career, Kristen has developed a comprehensive understanding of various accounting practices and principles. Her expertise lies in areas such as accounts receivable, general ledger management, and financial statement analysis. With her meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills, she ensures the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. Outside of work, Kristen cherishes spending quality time with her loved ones. She enjoys engaging in outdoor activities with her two daughters and husband, creating memorable moments together. Additionally, Kristen shares her passion for baking with her daughters, creating delicious treats and strengthening their bond as a family. Kristen's dedication, combined with her extensive accounting experience and commitment to family, make her an invaluable member of our team. Her expertise and passion for both work and personal life truly reflect the values and culture of our organization.
Ramsey Elshafei grew up in the Lisle area, attending Naperville schools and went off to fulfill his dream degree in studying Industrial and Entrepreneurial Engineering at Western Michigan University (Go Broncos!). After graduating with honors, he started RE Development Solutions with the entrepreneurial goal of growing his own business in his own way, and do so successfully and rapidly. Over the past seven years, Ramsey was successfully able to grow the commercial real estate portfolio from $40M spanning eight properties to over $150M spanning 30 properties. Ramsey has also been involved in over $200M in acquisitions, with the assistance of his team, which grew from two employees at establishment to 10. Ramsey is actively involved in his community and is on the board of Choose DuPage and Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce. He is passionate and goes above and beyond to surpass the expectations of his clients and investors.

Sean is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of experience transforming and managing diverse property portfolios. His expertise spans strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and operational oversight, consistently driving significant occupancy and revenue increases across Class A office buildings, retail centers, medical facilities, industrial parks, self-storage facilities, and commercial property development projects.

Shannon's academic background in architectural studies significantly enhances her expertise. Her passion for architecture, building systems, and interiors enables her to comprehend the mechanics of buildings, allowing her to provide exceptional support to tenants. This knowledge, coupled with her strong organizational and time management skills, ensures that she delivers prompt and effective assistance, efficiently meeting tenant needs.
Shannon holds a Master of Science degree in Historic Preservation from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Architectural Studies. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys reading, running, and working out. She also treasures quality time with her children, whether baking with her daughter, bike riding with her son, or simply relaxing together as a family.

Susan Rello received her BS in Business Management & Accounting from Purdue University. Susan has 30+ years of accounting experience and brings with her a wide array of experience and knowledge. As an Accounting Manager at RE Development Solutions, Susan oversees and manages our accounting team along with being the main point of contact for our customers and vendors AP and AR needs. Prior to working at RE Development Solutions, Susan worked at McDonald's Corporation for 14 years assisting with the setup and process procedures for new staff accounting locations in both Europe and the Middle East. In addition, she worked at Quad Graphics for 11 years in an accounting manager role. Susan is a loving and caring mother of three and cherishes her time with each of her kids, participating and volunteering for charities, theater, and athletics.

Thomas Golab, Chief Financial Officer at RE Development Solutions leads the accounting department, taxation, financing and legal matters for RE Development Solutions' CRE portfolio and he's keenly focused on risk management. Thomas brings over thirty-five years of experience in accounting for various large firms along with a unique experience with growing two startup manufacturing companies and having a diverse CRE experience developing several buildings from ground up. Utilizing his finance and development experience he successfully managed in excess of $150 million of bank and construction financing. Before joining the team, Thomas received his BS in Accounting from Purdue Univeristy, CPA and held the following positions: Chief Financial Officer, Navitas Systems LLC (2012-2022), President, Lakeshore Real Estate Management (2006-2012), U-Stor-It Group LLC (2003-2005), Chief Financial Officer, Lexstar Technologies Inc. and predecessors companies (1992-2003), Corporate Controller, RTO, Inc. (1989-1991), Audit Manager, KPMG Peat Marwick (1984-1989).
