I am a Software Engineer with 18+ years of experience on the IT market, 12+ of them leading and mentoring Software Developer teams on Enterprise level programmes. My experience ranges from R&D projects while still graduating in college, to in-house software development during mid-career, and large scale IT projects in the past few years with international experience in the United Kingdom, Spain and Australia... I have acquired a strong programming background with C++ during the first years of my career, and I have mainly been working with Microsoft technologies since then, based on C#, .NET Framework and SQL Server in both web and on-premise environments.
