Darrel Kile

Job Titles:
  • Used Equipment Specialist
If you need it, Darrel will find it. And then find the most efficient way of getting it to you. Removal and logistics are his strength. Five years in the imaging parts business prior to joining us in 2008 means Darrel has plenty of connections with facilities everywhere looking to sell their equipment.

Edward Rawley

Job Titles:
  • Parts Repair Manager
Eddie started out at RSTI in 1988 managing the RUN network. He then started several other businesses in the medical imaging field. After a while, Eddie re- joined RSTI in May 2015. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and working on cars. He is the go-to guy for repairing parts and sourcing hard to find components.

Jason Whitfield

Job Titles:
  • Sales
Jason joined the RSTI team in September 2015. As an alumnus of Kent State University with 7 years in the imaging parts business, he was a welcome addition to our team. In his spare time, Jason enjoys golfing and spending time with his family, which recently grew with the arrival of his newborn son.

Josh Mericle

Job Titles:
  • Logistics Coordinator
Josh joined the RSTI team in September of 2013. Using his experience in transportation, and his willingness to go the extra mile, he cemented himself a role as the point man for remote unit removals and installations. In his free time, Josh loves karaoke, woodworking, and firearms.

Kenneth Brady

Job Titles:
  • Warehouse Operations Manager / Service Engineer
Ken joined RSTI in April 2008 with a background in electronics repair and warehousing. In addition to managing the daily operations of the warehouse, Kenneth also troubleshoots, makes any necessary repairs, and preps units for delivery. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, and binge-watching Netflix.

Mike Kessler

Job Titles:
  • Parts Inventory Manager
Mike joined the RSTI team in December 2014. Prior to RSTI Mike worked for 2 years for a medical imaging parts company where he organized and streamlined their parts inventory. Previous to this Mike was a machine builder for 25 years. Mike also assists on remote installations and removals.

Terry Speth

Job Titles:
  • VP of Sales
Terry Speth serves as VP of Sales for RSTI Exchange and has been a full time employee at RSTI since 2006. Prior to that, he worked part time in the warehouse installing equipment for resale and helping out where ever needed. He has been engaged around RSTI most of his life, working with his father and founder of RSTI, Terry Speth Sr. Prior to attending BGSU where he earned his BA in Business, Terry interned at RSTI over his summer breaks and learned the basics of imaging equipment and how it works then transitioned to equipment sales. RSTI has been in the equipment sales business for over 15 years and Terry has been instrumental in developing RSTI Exchange and leading its venture into the diagnostic imaging replacement parts business. Following his father's motto of Quality, Quality, Quality Terry is working to set new standards by ensuring all parts shipped from RSTI Exchange have been tested and pass rigorous quality control tests. Terry is a partner at RSTI and is a current member of the RSTI Board of Directors.
