SIENAAUSTIN

Siena is a grand gift from Italy that as you walk up to this massive stone mansion and go through the two big wooden front doors you feel as if you have been transported to a country Italian villa. To recreate the look and feel of an ancient Tuscan farmhouse Siena's owner, Stan Adams, traveled throughout Tuscany taking thousands of photos, sourcing materials and studying the architecture of Tuscany. Upon his return to Austin he enlisted the help of designer Jeff Harris of ISDG to assist in bringing to Austin an authentic Tuscan building. From its massive solid wood beamed ceiling to it's thick stone walls and aged tile roof every detail of Siena is custom built. Windows were modeled after those surrounding the Piazza del Campo in Siena, Italy, iron railings and balconies are exact replicas of those found in the seaside village of Viarreggio and light fixtures duplicated after those found lining the streets of the romantic town of San Gimignano.
