Steve White started his career in real estate while in college working towards obtaining his BA degree in finance as an independent real estate appraiser. After obtaining his degree from Cal State Fullerton, Steve joined Bank of America in its appraisal department and later was promoted to Vice President and joined the special projects team doing reliability analysis of alternative forms to value real estate and overseeing project teams to analyze the underlying asset value of loan portfolios. While at Bank of America, Steve earned his MBA degree. After leaving Bank of America, Steve joined a commercial real estate investment firm as a real estate business manager and the senior asset manager overseeing the daily operations of multiple commercial property assets including assuming the role of COO of a chain of full service car wash assets owned by the company.
