STTEPS. was founded in 2014 by a prior NFL athlete and a Corporate Human Resources & Recruiting Manager. Both were athletes since a young age in a variety of different sports. They are known to have a sincere passion and dedication towards the success of athletes... The STTEPS. Foundation was founded in 2014 on the belief that the best way to help disadvantaged young athletes is through the partnership with youth sports organizations. We are dedicated to making strategic investments to meet the most critical needs in the youth sports community. It is funded by an annual contribution from the company, fund-raising events and donations... Prior to the partnership, the NFL athlete was a client and wanted to join in on the venture in helping other athletes succeed. So here we are, STTEPS. A solid resource for athletes' future.
