TEAM 401 LACROSSE

Based in Rhode Island, Team 401 is an advanced girls lacrosse development program. We provide an opportunity for the experienced player to improve her game beyond the basics in a positive environment that is fast, focused and fun! Our clinics are designed for girls in grades 5 to 8 who have been playing lacrosse for a minimum of 2 years and want to prepare for high-level play in their town, school or club programs... Using fundamental skill mastery as our foundation, Team 401 aims to increase each girl's lacrosse IQ, vision and technique through progressive drill stations and controlled play sessions. Through positive reinforcement and a holistic coaching style, girls will see their talents grow on the field and gain confidence that follows them off of it...
