Andreas is a very skilled IT specialist. He has studied computer science and informatics and also worked with project administration in the past. Andreas now works with international IT assignments, he is also Toleap Consulting's main software developer and IT manager.

I am a hands-on engineer. Luckily I have both practical engineering skills as well as theoretical knowledge. I think that besides an industrial products performance it is also to assist the customers with the best services available. I have worked in many positions and I know how valuable a good efficient problem-solving support is for your customer. I have worked with for example process equipment, steel applications, technical customer service, project manager, market development, management and customer support.
The global network is vital for international business. I have worked in several markets; Sweden, UK, Spain, Portugal, USA, China, South Corea, Brazil and South Africa. The total global contact net within Toleap Consulting is amazingly huge, I'd guess this is a unique asset we have.
I have more than 40 years of experience from different industrial positions in training, design, calculations, CAD, FEM, production, Research and Development, leadership and education. My specialty today, apart from design, is to create and lead technology and sales trainings with participants from all continents.
I have a vast industrial network and cooperate with colleagues within technology, market and sales internationally. It is very stimulating to develop training programs, different services and software for ourselves and for our customers!
Creativity is my forte. Over the years I have developed a talent to take notice of and to capture other people's competence, knowledge and experience. It is great to work with Andreas, Per, all of our customers and cooperative partners!
Jan has 40 years experience in teaching, design, calculation, CAD, FEM, production, research and development, leadership and training. Jan's specialty beyond his design expertise is to create and lead the technical and sales training, with participants from all over the world.

I am a dynamic and energetic sales person with a large technical and commercial experience. Sales, quality issues, negotiations and market development are some of my top skills. Furthermore I have seen the Toleap Team in action in the best trainings I have participated in and I am now eager to meet this challenge myself, as I believe I am a good trainer.
During my 20 years in the industry I have had many positions. Quality manager, Technical Adviser, Key Account and Sales manager is a short summary. Working for different global companies has given me an, I'd say, very good knowledge and large network in the automotive, steel, aerospace and electro domestic industry.
My mother tongue is Spanish and I am fluent in English, which adds language knowledge to Toleap, even if the Team speaks amazingly many languages. Educationwise I have a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration, with emphasis in Finance.
I find the future within Toleap very challenging and exciting, it will be fascinating to develop the business and the company. Together with the very knowledgeable and amazingly experienced team I will offer Toleap's training programs and services in Americas.

I have a very long experience (about 45 years) from different industrial positions, especially within the Swedish Steel Industry and international business. I have worked with manufacturing, material and product development, technical and commercial customer service, Managing Director for a manufacturing company, product manager, salesman, business development and sales management.
After retirement from the Swedish Steel company I started up my own businesson selling gardening products made out of weather resistant steel, see Keols AB. My intention is to work many more years because I am still eager and interested. It is a new opportunity and my pleasure to join Toleap Consulting AB and work together with "the dream team"; they are definitely representanting the most competent and professionally skilled people I ever met.
