Kristin Bayley

Job Titles:
  • Clinical Director
  • TMB Founder
Kristin started her career in behaviour analysis in 1998, working for New England Center for Children, recognised as a global leader in education for autistic children. During her 4 years at NECC, she worked in the residential setting with adolescents and in-home programs with preschool children. After completing her Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis, she moved to London to work as a program consultant at TreeHouse School (now known as Ambitious for Autism), and became certified as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst in 2003. Whilst at TreeHouse, she also led a team that opened an ABA specialist support classroom in Belfast, Northern Ireland. After relocating to Sydney in 2007, she commenced her Masters of Speech and Language Pathology program at Macquarie University, finishing 4 years (and 2 children) later. She then worked for a year at The Shepherd Centre, a specialist service for children with hearing loss. In 2016, TMB was created. Kristin believes deeply in the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis and the significant positive impact it can have on autistic children and their families. With TMB, she is hoping to offer a service that 1) provides effective programs of the highest standard, 2) works closely with families to provide the support they need during their journey, and 3) educates parents, teachers and allied health professionals in the application of the principles of behaviour analysis in their daily practice. In 2019, Kristin was given an incredible opportunity to lead the development and delivery of the second graduate programs in Applied Behaviour Analysis in Australia at Griffith University. Kristin feels privileged to have such an important role in the growth of the ABA field here in Australia.
