Connie Evans is a customer service representative for Walsworth Print Group. Connie's primary responsibility is to communicate, facilitate, and manage each aspect of a job from receipt of the files through manufacturing and shipping. Keeping the line of communication between the customer, sales, and all manufacturing departments is very important for a successful experience for our customers. Connie has been employed with Walsworth for 8 years, all in the customer service department.

Jim Petrucci has been a yearbook consultant for a very long time. Russell's claim that Jim was involved in the layout of the Gutenberg bible is a blatant lie, however Jim did start his yearbook career in 1967, joining Walsworth in '77. The cutting edge of technology in those days was setting copy on an IBM selectric and pasting it in place on the page. Jim's specialty is staff organization and training, book planning and assistance to new advisers. InDesign, Quark, Photoshop are words in a language that Jim does not speak, but what an award winning yearbook should look like, he knows.

Joe Cupp is the Executive Vice President of International Sales and a member of the Board of Directors at Walsworth. In addition to directing the International Sales effort, he also has management responsibilities for the History and Military divisions as well as The Donning Company Publishers. Joe brings over 40 years of experience serving International Yearbooks.

Meghan Viers has her degree in International Marketing and has spent the past three years as the Event Coordinator of campus wide events for Truman State University. She has also spent much of her time as a project manager for political affairs in Kansas City, Missouri. Meghan's role at Walsworth reaches many levels. Assisting with yearbook quotes, contracts, and administrative questions as well as the Fall Yearbook Conference and school visits. Her experience will help you with any and all of your questions. Russell Viers is an Adobe Certified Instructor in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator who specializes in print production. In addition to traveling the world as a trainer, offering his expertise to newspapers, magazines and agencies worldwide, he is also the European Yearbook Representative for Walsworth Publishing. His goal is to prepare students for a career in design by helping them learn to create an exciting yearbook. In addition to speaking at events around the world, he also offers onsite training to such companies as Crayola, American Greetings, New York Times Regional Papers, Better Homes and Gardens and more. His voice can be heard on the Adobe Learn-by-Video titles InDesign CS5 and Illustrator CS5 as well as titles by Total Training. In his role as Yearbook Representative, he has brought real world expertise into the classroom, saving teachers and students hundreds of hours of production time and improved quality at the same time.
