Hi I'm Abbie, I started at REACH in 2021 as a youth worker. I feel incredible privileged to have this opportunity of supporting young people, building safe connections with them and sharing experiences together. REACH has allowed me to discover my passion for youth work and being a part of a fab team is what I am truly grateful for.
Hi, I'm Adam. I started my youth worker role in 2020 having previously worked in a school environment for many years. I am dedicated to providing all of our young people with safe environments to grow and provide exciting opportunities to achieve. I am very privileged to be working in a dedicated and amazing team here at REACH.
I have been at REACH for just over a year now, and I am really proud to be part of the team.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, exploring the countryside.
My journey at REACH started in November 2020. Since then, I have realised that the opportunities given to both, staff and students is second to none and has the potential to be life-changing. The team around me is the best I have seen, and we love to be there for everyone and anyone given the chance.
Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym and everything to do with football.
I feel very privileged to have been given this opportunity with such a great organisation. The team at REACH are all really supportive and have made me feel very welcome since joining in 2020. I hope to grow and learn with REACH.
As a previous student at REACH I can relate to the amazing journeys we go through with our young people and I'm passionate about the support we give. I'm very pleased to be part of the REACH team.

After leaving Sixth Form, I joined the REACH team, 6 years later I am still continuing my journey in Youth Work. I enjoy watching young people grow, learn and thrive within a safe environment at REACH. Outside of REACH I love going to the beach, walking my dog and exploring new places!
I started working at REACH in 2022 and it's been the best career move I've made. I love what REACH stands for and how all our students are treated as individuals and given amazing opportunities to grow with support from the staff. I've been privileged to meet lots of awesome young people and be part of a fantastic team.
I joined REACH as I believe all young people need an opportunity to discover who they are without judgement. I love that I have the chance to help a young person to explore their thoughts, emotions and ambitions through activities that they help to choose. Outside of work I relax by going to the gym, gaming or keeping my 2 young children busy.
I started work with REACH in 2022. Having spent some time working with REACH this experience has opened my eyes to the immeasurable importance of alternative education for young people that need it. What every staff member and person involved with REACH does is crucial to creating brighter futures for young people and to be able to say that I am involved in this is truly a privilege.
Outside of work I enjoy making/ playing music, working out and spending quality time with friends.
I have been working at REACH for five years now. The aspect of opening new doors and discoveries for the young people, creating access to new worlds and possibilities for them is what excites me the most. Outside of work I enjoy being creative in the garage.
Having worked with young people in both sport and as a youth worker for many years, I have found my work to be very rewarding. This has further motivated me to help young people in need and drive them to maximise their potential with REACH!

Hello, I'm Kelly and for many of you I'll be the first face you see at REACH. My role means I get to meet lots of new faces.
I've worked at REACH for around 8 years now. I found out about REACH from a friend and loved all I heard. The rest is history.
In my free time I keep pretty active through various sports, I've been a keen footballer since age 7, most weekends are spent with family and running around fields.
My journey to youth work began as a REACH student. I joined the team after spending some time working within a school and feel incredibly privileged to get alongside and support our fantastic young people - always in a way that's full of fun and learning. I enjoy the continuing opportunity to learn and develop in my role - learning so much from our fantastic team and all of our students.
I started REACH as an assistant youth worker. During my time spent working at REACH, I have learnt, and continue to learn so much from the other staff members, and every student who walks through the door.
I've worked in different care settings since I was 18 and becoming a youth worker is one of the best decisions I've made.
I am passionate about supporting and providing every young person with the opportunities to flourish and achieve, and I enjoy helping to create this positive environment at REACH.
I started here in 2020 and immediately felt comfortable around everyone I work with. The kindness and jovial atmosphere is reassuring. I understand how the experiences they offer here at REACH are fundamental to the development of young people. I feel privileged to be a part of such a kind working environment and I look forward to growing and furthering my business knowledge whilst here.
My background in youth work began by attending Chard Youth Club when I was young. I got a lot from it, and I always wanted to give back to the local community. So in 2022, I took the leap of faith and moved from a career in carpentry to work for REACH. I'm really glad I did.
My journey with REACH started 6 years ago. I started volunteering at the youth-club which was how I discovered my passion for youth work. Blessed with opportunities to create safe connections with young people and families who I learn so much from. Building relationships with students, watching them grow and develop is such an incredible experience, I am truly grateful for this.
Hi, I'm Mitchell, I come from a play work background and enjoy bringing my experiences in play to my youth work. I am proud to be a part of such a passionate and diverse team. In my downtime time I enjoy falling over at the skatepark on my skates.
Hi, I'm Nathan and have been lucky enough to working for reach since Jan 2022. It's amazing to be sharing the journey with such great young people and working along side such a brilliant team. When I'm not working I'm either watching, coaching or playing football.
Hey, my name is Nick.
I've worked with young people for about 9 years. I love the adventure of working for REACH with all the opportunities they offer young people.
Outside of work, I have a love for food and enjoy cooking and motorsports as well as anything to do with cars.
My journey first began when I was once a REACH student myself, receiving the best caring support I possibly could from Dan himself, and the other team members. Since then I have come back to fulfil my dream of becoming a youth worker. I would love nothing more but to support and help my students flourish, achieve and most importantly, to believe in themselves that anything is possible. I feel privileged to be a part of the REACH team and to be delivering the best possible support for our students.
As caretaker for REACH I have responsibility for maintaining a safe and stimulating environment for the young people and staff who utilise it's bases. I really enjoy the flexibility and challenges of the role. Beyond REACH l have a keen interest in gardening, football, DIY and my dogs.
