Giles has been the MD of his own music management company since 2006. He has worked in the music business since the late 1980's initially in various boutique management companies before a decade in the corporate sector at the BBC and as Managing Director of Universal's foray into record producer management.
Giles developed a deeply personal and passionate interest in ABA stemming from the diagnosis of his sons autism. In the immediate aftermath of the diagnosis much time was spent with his wife Vicky searching for something that would bring hope of a better outcome than was being offered.

Julian is Head of Sixth Form at Tormead School in Guildford, a leading Independent school and has 25 years experience of working with young people in education. Julian has a long standing interest in learning difficulties due to both family experience and witnessing the huge positive transformation an ABA programme has had on a close friend's child. This has been further developed by observing the successful and deeply impressive work of The Playhouse Foundation and he is committed to enabling other children to have these opportunities.
Neville is a Compliance Director in the city law firm Addleshaw Goddard LLP where he leads a practice group providing regulatory advice to a range of financial services firms. Neville has also held senior roles in a number of firms, including Deloitte, one of the UK's ‘Big 4' accountancy practices.
Neville has over 16 years financial services experience and is an experienced charity sector Treasurer, having served with a Scout group over a number of years.
Neville is a passionate advocate of ABA and the attainment success through early intervention. As a father of three, including a child with additional needs, Neville has first hand experience of how the right support, delivered in the right way at the right time delivers the best outcomes.

- Deputy Director of Education for the Church of England Dioceses of Winchester
Rob is currently Deputy Director of Education for the Church of England Dioceses of Winchester and Portsmouth, a role which involves supporting over 150 schools in Hampshire, Dorset and Berkshire. Prior to this role, Rob worked in Primary Education for over 20 years, the last twelve of those in primary school senior leadership positions.
Throughout his career experience, and the schooling of his two children now in further education, he has seen the huge positive impact of high quality provision for pupils with additional needs both for individuals and their families. This includes the ABA programme and the work of The Playhouse Foundation. Rob is passionate to support and promote programmes and initiatives that enhance the education experience of young people and that give them the best possible preparation for adult life.
As a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, Zaenia has spent a large portion of her career advising businesses of all shapes and sizes, particularly in VAT, through her employment at a mixture of international accounting firms, boutique specialist firms and more recently her own Consultancy business. In addition, she tutored AAT accounting in a local Further Education college, dealing with a whole range of adult students with various additional needs including autism, as well as volunteering in schools through a local charitable foundation.
Her extensive career/volunteer experience has been coupled with being a mother to three children. It was, whilst her middle daughter attended Primary School with an autistic classmate, she realised and witnessed first-hand the importance of the ABA programme and mainstream schooling for all (wherever possible). This benefit is not only for those children with autism and other additional needs, but also important for those children without who can take lessons from the integration into later life, hopefully making society more welcoming and understanding of those who may have differing conditions.
Zaenia feels privileged in being able to support The Playhouse Foundation as the newest Trustee and hopes more children in Hampshire and their families will benefit from their support and the ABA programme, enabling these children to grow and stay firmly within mainstream education alongside their peers.
