Andrew MacNab

Andrew has an MA (Hons) in Modern European Languages (French and German) from the University of Edinburgh, a Graduate Diploma in Law from the College of Law (York) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Notarial Practice from the University of Cambridge. He has also spent six months studying and working with a notary in Milan. Andrew is a Scrivener Notary and was made a partner of the firm in December 2012. He speaks French, German and Italian and specialises in Italian Law.

Christopher Higgins

Chris is an LLB (Hons) graduate in Common & Civil Law with Hispanic Studies from Queen's University of Belfast and spent a year studying Spanish civil law in the University of Alcala de Henares in Madrid. After graduating he successfully undertook his studies for the Bar of England and Wales and an LLM in Advanced Legal Practice. He joined Saville & Co. in August 2007 and as part of his training spent 6 months studying and working with a law firm in Rio de Janeiro. He completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Notarial Practice with the University of Cambridge in 2009 and practises as a General Notary with the firm, dealing with all aspects of notarial practice. Chris was made a partner of the firm in April 2013. He specialises in Brazilian and Spanish matters and speaks both Portuguese and Spanish. Chris lives in Dulwich and is happy to see clients locally in Dulwich, Herne Hill and the surrounding South East London areas.

Eleonora Ceolin

Eleonora joined Saville & Co. in March 2004. She is a graduate in Law from Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2001 she qualified as a civil law notary of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina and worked in a firm of notaries in Buenos Aires for 2 years. She also underwent postgraduate studies at the Notarial University of Argentina. As part of her qualification as an English notary she did a Graduate Diploma in Law Course at BPP and a Postgraduate Notarial Practice Course at the University of Cambridge. She qualified as a General Notary in January 2009.

Kyriaki Manika

Having originally trained at Saville & Co. Scrivener Notaries between 2002-2004 and worked as a General Notary with the firm between 2008-2009, we are delighted that Kyriaki has re-joined the firm in July 2021, after gaining experience as a General Notary at another firm for ten years. Kyriaki is a qualified Greek lawyer and English solicitor and is now continuing her training as a Scrivener Notary. Fluent in Greek, English, Italian, Spanish and French, Kyriaki specialises in Greek and Italian matters in particular, as well as providing a full range of notarial services. Kyriaki lives in Hampstead Heath and is also happy to visit clients in the surrounding area of North London

Louise Parsons

Louise joined Saville & Co. Scrivener Notaries in 2018 as a German-speaking Office Assistant. She graduated in French and German from Queen Mary, University of London, having spent her year abroad at the University of Bamburg in Germany. Louise is currently enrolled on the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law (formerly the College of Law) and is continuing her studies to become a Scrivener Notary.

Olga Kulikovskaya

Olga joined Saville & Co. Scrivener Notaries in 2011 as a Russian-speaking Office Assistant. She graduated in Russian Philology from Stavropol State University and has a Masters in Bilingual Translation from the University of Westminster. Olga became a Trainee Notary in 2017 and graduated from the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Westminster. She is now continuing her studies to become a Scrivener Notary.

Richard Saville - Founder

Having worked as a partner of Cheeswrights for over ten years, Richard founded Saville & Co. in 1994 and successfully managed the firm for over 20 years. He has also served as a Court Assistant, Chairman of the Notarial Committee and Notarial Deputy of the Scriveners Company. Richard has also been appointed by the Faculty Office to act as Notarial Assessor in the Court of Faculties. Richard retired from the partnership in 2017.

Robert Kerss - Secretary

Rob is a graduate in Law and Spanish from the University of Sheffield where he spent a year of his degree course studying Law at the University of Salamanca in Spain. He joined Saville & Co. after graduating in 2007 and as part of his training spent four months working for a commercial law firm in Buenos Aires and two months working with a firm of notaries in Paris. Having completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Notarial Practice from the University of Cambridge and qualified as a General Notary in 2009, he qualified as a Scrivener Notary in 2010, specialising in the Spanish and French languages and Argentinean law. Rob was made a partner of the firm in July 2011 and deals with all aspects of notarial practice. In addition to being a Notary, Rob is a qualified Company Secretary and a member of the Chartered Governance Institute. He is a former Vice Chairman of the Shipping Professional Network London and currently acts as an Independent Member of the Audit, Risk and Governance Committee for the British Triathlon Federation. Rob is a director of the Management Committee for the Society of Scrivener Notaries, a Court Assistant for the Scriveners Company and a member of the Technology Committee for the Society of Scrivener Notaries where he contributed to the recent Law Commission's report on the electronic execution of documents.

Sophie Milburn

Sophie Milburn (formerly Sophie Jenkins) speaks Russian, Italian and French and has over twenty five years of experience of notarial certification of documents for use all over the world. Sophie deals with all areas of notarial practice, specialising in Italian and Russian matters. Sophie joined Saville & Co. in 1995 after graduating in BA (Hons) Russian and French with Legal Studies from Exeter University and qualified as a Scrivener Notary in January 2001. She was made a partner of the firm in April 2003. As part of her notarial training with Saville & Co., Sophie spent nine months in Italy, learning Italian and working in a notary's office in Milan. Sophie is a Court Assistant and a member of the Notarial Committee of the Scriveners Company as well as being a member of the Qualifications Board appointed by the Master of the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury. She became the Senior Partner of Saville & Co. in 2017. Sophie lives near Amersham, Buckinghamshire with her husband and two children and is happy to visit clients throughout Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties, the Thames Valley as well as in Greater London. When she's not notarising documents, Sophie can sometimes be heard playing the saxophone with the Chalfont Wind Band.
