Voces Academy is an independent provider of advanced choral conducting training, offering conducting masterclasses, workshops and ongoing development programmes to conductors in Denmark, the UK and across Europe for over 10 years... Our mission is to stimulate ensemble culture in choirs and vocal ensembles through a learning environment where the ensemble becomes the focal point. This culture is created through concerts, workshops and new types of meetings between musicians and audiences. Musical leadership is developed through talent recognition and development programmes, conducting masterclasses across Europe and links with conservatoires.
