The Dekoback company history began in 2009 with a cake for a child's birthday party. Today, we are the second-place market leader for baking decorations in Germany with around 140 employees and almost 30,000 sales outlets worldwide... We have left the start-up phase behind us. The mentality has stayed with us. At Dekoback, decision-making paths are short and hierarchies are lean. Highly motivated, we work side by side on our success - every day, driven by the common goal of growing further... Tracking down current product trends, quickly developing the right products and launching them on the market - that is one of Dekoback's core competencies.
