Andy D. Perez

Anne C. Gritzer is a Partner in EGHB's San Francisco office and an accomplished trial attorney who represents clients faced with general liability claims, especially in the areas of toxic tort and environmental litigation. For more than two decades, she has successfully defended public entities, premises owners, manufacturers, and contractors in a variety of complex, multi-party disputes. Anne has resolved many matters through dispositive motions and mediation, taken several cases to favorable verdict at trial, and has a growing appellate practice. Brendan Browne

During his past three decades of practicing law Noel has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict, and every year since 2006 he has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer for Environmental Litigation. Noel earned his Juris Doctorate in 1982 from UC Hastings College of the Law, where he was Managing Editor for the Hastings Communications & Entertainment Law Journal from 1981-1982. Throughout his career Noel has shown his commitment to the legal community by volunteering his time. For example, he served on the California Bar Association's Commission on Judicial Nominees Evaluation, and was formerly the Chair of the Bar Association of San Francisco's Judiciary Committee. Ramon Flores is an associate attorney specializing in toxic tort, product defect, construction defect, and premises liability. Ramon has substantial litigation experience. He is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, the Ventura County Bar Association, and the Latinx Bar Association. Ramon earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University in May 2018. During his time at Pepperdine University, he was a recipient of a Dean's Excellence Scholarship.
