Centre for Ground Water Recharge was founded in 2009 by K. Panigrahi and Sarita Panigrahi. Given the opportunity to make a fresh start and do something creative, both decided to make a career out of something that had been a hobby of them for years, Providing of Rain Water Harvesting, NOC, Flowmeter, Piezometer they began with "The purpose of human life is to serve, and to show compassion and the will to help others."
