Staff work diligently and effectively with one another to provide a resourceful, empathetic, supportive, and structured, family style environment in order for each resident to achieve the most stability and independence as possible within the resident's ability to do so.​ On staff, we have a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Doctor of Psychology, Substance Abuse Counselor-IT, Certified Peer Specialist, Trauma Services Specialist, Recovery Coach Professional, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for supervision... We commit to quality improvement, focus on the unique needs of each person we serve, and monitor the results of those services... We have a Quality Approvement Program that demonstrates how to utilize key practices that assist us in evaluating and correcting operational challenges within our organization.
