Working with Diane was exceptionally helpful to me personally as it helped me to examine my own preferences and beliefs and how these could be affecting the way I was leading my team. Learning more about myself in this way helped me see members of my team differently and to reconsider some of the assumptions I was making and limitations I was attributing to them. I notice that I am more open to my team members styles and they they are more engaged in their work and with me. Diane has now come to work with my team to encourage this type of collaboration and openness between team members.
