Durrani Development is a boutique Real Estate Development firm focusing on affordable homes in the DC Metropolitan region. Our firm looks for out of the box, innovative paths to increase green, affordable homes at lowered costs. Our acquisition and development strategies allow us to work and succeed with the most difficult transactions... Established in 2013, Durrani Developments' goal is to contribute to and support green urban development by working with industry leaders to design and structure deals for multi-family affordable homes. We work closely with the local communities to integrate their desires into our design. When possible, we prefer to build on urban infill, putting into play "land-recycling" and reducing the impact of growth while preserving green space.
