With Post Graduate Diploma in Remote Sensing & G.I.S. (Geographical Information System) and M.Sc. in Environmental Botany, Abhay specializes in ecological and vegetation mapping. He extensively uses GIS tools to map terrains, vegetation, watersheds and Landuse. Has a vast experience in the area of tree census and mapping and managing of ecosystems using GIS, GPS and Remote sensing techniques. Has contributed to various projects pertaining to Tree Census, Green Belt Development and Environment Impact Assessment.

Hemant has masters in Environment Botany and more than 7 years of experience in field ecology, ecological assessment and surveys, plant taxonomy, and environment education. His area of interests include ecology, ecological interactions, pollination studies, ecosystem services, Agro ecology, sustainable development, ecological economics, political ecology, environment conservation and environment education. He is passionate about nature and is a think tank at Ecobasics.

Punit hascompleted his Master degree in Business Administration and looks after Businessdevelopment and networking at Ecobasics. Before cofounding Ecobasics, he has worked briefly with corporate like CnergyisIndia Infotech Ltd., Prime Focus, Deutsche Bank and Times of India. An explorer, avid traveller and learner has been associated with social organizations which are working on causes relatedto environment and opening spaces for children which have fewer or no access to education.
