Gary is a Director, CEO and Strategist with over 30 years' experience in operational leadership and corporate services across a range of sectors including facilities management, aged care, community services, retirement living, hospitality, health, defence, resources and within philanthropic organisations. His broad range of experience and his expertise in strategy development provides Gary with the operational skills to advise executives, boards and business leaders in the areas of strategy, organisational structure, business planning, change management, relationships and the delivery of long-term business outcomes. Gary is also a professional non-executive director, holds formal qualifications in business management and is a member of the Institute of Company Directors. He is proactive in achieving purpose for an organisation through the development of meaningful strategy based on sound research and consultation. His experience also extends through to the governance and execution of strategy through strong, accountable and capable leadership; employing robust planning and measurement to deliver sustainable long-term business outcomes. Gary is passionate about culture and continuous improvement and has experience in substantial, diverse and geographically dispersed organisational structures.

Maree is an experienced professional accountant and finance manager with a broad range of experience and skills across a number of sectors, including chartered accounting (with KPMG), media (Queensland Times), church/charitable and sporting associations. She oversees our Business Support services and assists clients with structuring their accounting processes including transactional requirements (for banking, debtors and creditors); monthly reporting and back-office administrative functions. Maree is a former CPA and Registered BAS Agent with both professional and commercial experience across business services, taxation, monthly reporting, management accounting, transactional functions, grants/fundraising, funding and general business administration. She works with a range of accounting software to streamline systems to maximise efficiency, integrate with core processes and support the performance goals of the business.

Shane is Director and Strategist; having over 25 years' experience in strategic leadership and corporate finance across a range of sectors including health & aged care; engineering and architectural services; management consulting (accounting/IT) and defence; in both corporate and not for profit environments. He uses his broad experience and strategic skills to advise executives, boards and business leaders in the areas of governance, strategy, performance/growth, strategic design, financial analysis, values-based leadership, risk/assurance and strategic master planning. Shane is also a professional non-executive director and holds formal qualifications in engineering, commerce and management; including an MBA from Deakin and leadership studies at Harvard. He is a recipient of the AIM Professional Manager of the Year, the Australian Defence Medal and a Fellow of both the Institute of Company Directors and CPA Australia.
