A seasoned veteran in the flooring business, Doug brings 4+ decades of senior sales management experience in distribution and manufacturing along with strong sourcing capabilities to our team. Doug works closely with our sourcing, design, marketing and logistics teams to ensure our customers are serviced at the highest level.
Generations Group is a direct manufacturers supply source of premium flooring products based in Chattanooga, TN, founded in 2015 by Phil Reifinger. Phil has over 40+ years of experience in the flooring industry working for some of the largest multi-national companies in the space. Serving in several VP roles, he has founded and led multiple business units spanning product design and creation, manufacturing, operations and sales. This deep experience across all facets of the flooring business led Phil to step out on his own and establish Generations Group as a top tier supplier servicing wholesale clients across the US.
