Mr. Mahesh Chandra, the promoter of the company, is a veteran of the Indian Dairy Industry and has more than 40 years of enriching experience in operations, general management, consulting and project management in food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and packaging industry. In his previous role as the Managing Director of IDMC (wholly owned subsidiary of NDDB), he was instrumental in setting up world class manufacturing facilities in India and completing numerous projects in this sector. He also facilitated the entry of a large number of food processing equipment manufacturers into India.

His education in chemical engineering and management gives him a unique understanding of commercial and technical aspects of the business. In his previous roles, Mr. Agarwal has worked in key positions in large financial institutions and has extensive global exposure in the fields of corporate banking, cross border transactions, real estate financing, debt syndication.
