Morgan County Rural Water Corporation (MCRW) is a member-owned, not-for-profit water utility incorporated in 1964. We are not affiliated with, nor supported by, any government entity, and receive no tax dollars to operate and maintain the infrastructure of the utility... At Morgan County Rural Water Corporation, we are committed to providing safe, high quality water services to our community, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation... At Morgan County Rural Water Corporation (MCRW), our goal is to provide safe, clean, potable water to all of our members. MCRW produced 169,002,000 gallons of water for the system in 2016, and purchased 31,623,000 gallons of water from Citizens Energy Group (CEG) to supplement our capability. We provided a daily average of 549,959 gallons to 3331 accounts, or a population of 8328 at the end of 2016.
