Rock Island Arsenal has been producing specialty and paper targets for last 135 years for the USA Armed Services. Targets are a very important national defense tool for simulating many combat stituations. Over the135 years the US Army target printing facility has help save hundreds of thousands of military personnel lives, by providing the training materials in the form of targets. Targets are the best way to train a combat Soldiers or Snipers, they are used as a quality control measure of a riflemens skill level. Targets may look simple or uncomplicated, printed most of the time in black ink, on specially engineered paper, they are complex and use geometry, physics and psychology. The "Storehouse" was built in 1867 this was the first permanent building of the Rock Island Arsenal today it is known as the Clock Tower.
