After studying economics and social sciences, Deniz has been working as a consultant and coach for professional change processes in various industries since 2006.
Experienced consultant and trained systemic coach for professionals, managers and individuals.
As a graduate social economist Christiane advised and supported professionals in change processes for more than 20 years. She worked in management responsibility for IT and safety companies, automotive industry and rail vehicle construction industry in international structures for more than 10 years. In this role she organized projects as a change manager and organizational developer - throughout Europe and the US. Since 2015 she focusses on management consulting and coaching. While completing her doctorates in economy and social psychology she dealt with the professional role in organizational change processes.
Christiane is trained systematic business coach, conflict competent coach and systemic organizational and team developer. Since 2018 she is consultant, trainer and coach at OMC.
