Audrey has twelve years of administrative experience within the O&P industry. Her extensive administrative background includes experience in medical billing and coding, medical appeals, credentialing, private as well as government contracting, and human resources. She is presently pursuing her degree in Health Service Administration at Bay Path University in Longmeadow, and recently completed Orthotic Fitter training through Ossur.
Audrey is also a long-time resident of western Massachusetts, and currently resides in the greater Springfield area with her husband, daughter, and stepson.

Jim Is a Certified Orthotist and holds his certificate from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics & Prosthetics. Prior to purchasing the company with Blaine Drysdale in 2009, Jim had worked at O & P Labs as a staff orthotist since 1991.
Starting his career in the field of orthotics and prosthetics at the age of 17, Jim worked at Shriners Hospital for Children from 1981 to 1989 as an orthotic technician and later as a registered prosthetic technician. In 1986 his technique of using flexible surly in sockets in myoelectric prostheses was published in the March edition of the Journal of Orthotics and Prosthetics. His final two years at the hospital were spent in the Prosthetic Research Department implementing the use of Computer-Aided Design as a production tool. Because of his background at Shriners Hospital, he is passionate about working with children.
Married to his wife Sara since 1985, Jim has two sons, Alex and Evan. Outside of work, Jim enjoys travel, golf, is a member of the Holyoke Revolver Club, a New England Patriots Season Ticket holder and a diehard Boston Red Sox fan.

Jim founded Orthotics West in 1982 and has been providing care to patients throughout western Massachusetts for over 40 years. Prior to that, he was a partner at National Rehabilitative Services Inc., one of the areas original providers of orthotic devices. He also worked as a staff orthotist for Shriners Hospital for Children and Newington Children's Hospital. His formal training came from certificate programs at both New York and Northwestern Universities. In 1979, he earned his certification in orthotics from the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics and Pedorthics. Jim is well versed in all areas of care but specializes in spinal and lower extremity bracing. Living in Holyoke, he enjoys wood and metal working, kayaking, fishing and visiting other countries with his wife Donna, former owner of the Pink Petal.
