Andy Evans joined SAGE in 2009 and enjoys teaching people how to make the most out of their SAGE services. In 2012, Andy received SAGE's Outstanding Teamwork award, and in 2019 was promoted to Corporate Account Manager. He holds a degree in management information systems from Texas A&M University. When Andy is away from the office, you can find him at home with his wife Meg, and two children, Sawyer and Perrie.

Ashlee graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from UT Arlington. She joined SAGE in 2004, originally as a part of the marketing team. A few years later, she transferred to web support as a web specialist where she won the Rising Star Award. She is now the Web Support Manager. She spends her free time reading and loves her book club gals! Her Sundays are reserved for backroad adventures. No maps, no GPS, just a drive out to a new area to explore, take photos, and find new dirt roads.

Ben Haynes is currently the Corporate Program Manager and joined SAGE as a Distributor Account Executive in 2011. He holds a degree in secondary education from Texas Christian University. He enjoys finding solutions for distributors' most challenging obstacles. Ben was awarded the Top Distributor Sales Award in 2012, 2013, 2015, and 2016. Outside of work, you can find Ben at either a Texas Rangers game or a TCU football game.

Bille joined SAGE in 2007. Currently she is responsible for the development and execution of marketing and public relations initiatives as well as all corporate tradeshows and events. She graduated from Morningside College in Sioux City, IA with a degree in business administration. She has been a PPAI volunteer for many years and is currently serving on the PPAI Research Committee. She is a lover of technology, marketing, creative people, and being inspired through travel, hard work, coffee and dogs.

As Vice President of Sales, Blake is responsible for both the distributor and supplier sides. Before joining SAGE in 2014, he was in business development for PPAI and also worked as a sales manager for an industry supplier for eight years. Blake has a B.A. in business management and an MBA specializing in strategic management from Amberton University. He has also completed industry certification for an MAS designation. Despite his seemingly reserved demeanor, Blake claims he could easily be the next American Ninja Warrior…although we remain doubtful until we see some proof.

Brian Pritchard is the Vice President of Information Technology at SAGE and has been with the company for over 20 years. In this position, he oversees many IT initiatives including cybersecurity, hardware, network infrastructure, software development, and technical support. Serving on the PPAI Technology Committee he has played a role in driving technology in the promotional product industry. Brian is responsible for SAGE's technology risk management strategy and regularly conducts staff training courses on ransomware and cybersecurity treats.

Brittany Baum is currently the SAGE Creative Manager and joined SAGE as a graphic designer in 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in graphic design from Abilene Christian University. Brittany loves to push the limits of design by staying up-to-date on the latest trends and finding ways to incorporate them into the promotional products industry. She received the Rising Star of the Year award in 2019. When Brittany is away from the office, she loves spending time with her family and two dogs.

Carmen Murphey is currently the SAGE Supplier Training Manager and joined SAGE as a supplier sales rep in 2003. She graduated from Northwood University with a degree in business and marketing. Carmen has built strong relationships with suppliers in the industry and loves helping them get the most out of SAGE. She received the SAGE Rising Star of the Year award in 2009. When Carmen is away from the office, she loves spending time with her family, going for a long hike or enjoying a good book.

A quick glance into Chris's office and you may think he's responsible for toys and games at SAGE. We don't know how he gets any work done in there, we just know he does. Chris is our go-to guy for all things web. If it has a www in front of it, he dots that com. Before joining SAGE in 1998, he was a pre-optometry Texas Tech grad just trying to make his way as the lead singer and guitarist for a local band. Music is still a big part of Chris's life; he always has music playing while he works and has most of his team hooked to his Spotify playlist.
Clay is: a baking pro! Having to make all the desserts for family holidays because his wife, well.... She cooks like Rachel in Friends. He can now make cheesecake and fudge from scratch. Yum!
Fun fact: Cody is a North Texas University alum and is a serious music lover, having been to over 250 concerts and counting.

Dana joined SAGE in 2001 after graduating from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in business management. Dana also enjoys being active in the industry. She currently serves on the Promotional Product Education Foundation (PPEF) Board of Trustees and the Government Relations Action Council (GRAC). She has also participated in Legislative Education Action Day (LEAD) multiple years, has served as chair of the PPAI Women's Leadership Conference and has been awarded the PPAI Volunteer of the Month Award.
Danielle is: a serious music lover and concert go-er, who loves being outside, especially when it involves a group of friends and some sunshine. She's also a shoe addict and proud momma of her fur baby, Teddy.
DC is: a world traveler, cruising around the globe in a U.S. Navy submarine and volunteering in Ghana, Africa. If you had to describe DC in one word it would be patient, after growing up with 8 sisters!

David Kennedy is currently the SAGE IT Manager and joined SAGE as a support specialist in 2012. Dave was promoted to support supervisor in 2015 and promoted to IT manager in 2021. He received the SAGE Teamwork award in 2015. When Dave is away from the office, he is Batman. We will let you decide if that is a joke or not. He also spends time chasing his kiddos, drawing, and playing old-school video games.

David Natinsky is co-founder and President of SAGE. As an avid technology enthusiast, David has seen technology evolve from the disconnected world of the late 1980s to the fully connected world that we now live in. He was instrumental in working with PPAI to establish SAGE as PPAI's exclusive technology provider and create the Power of Two relationship, in which all PPAI distributor members receive one SAGE Total Access license. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the College of Santa Fe. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, flying, as well as holding board positions with multiple local not-for-profit associations.
Diana is: a zookeeper to a rotating door of neighborhood escaped pets and abandoned animals, including a rabbit, a snake and baby squirrels (couldn't catch the ferret), to go along with her dog, cat, parakeets and fish tanks. A true cat lady in training.
Emily is: a home décor junkie with an obsession of HGTV, coffee and her two fur babies Harlee Grace and Harper.
Eric Seamount, MAS

Eric Natinsky is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of SAGE. He has been working with computers all his life and has extensive experience in computer science. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration, double-majoring in management and marketing, from Washington University in St. Louis and a J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin. Eric is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is also a licensed patent attorney. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family as well as supporting the arts in Austin through his position on the Board of Vice Presidents for ZACH Theatre.

Gloria cannot see herself working anywhere but SAGE and it is safe to say SAGE would not be the same without her. Her SAGE journey began all the way back in 1996. Throughout her years here, she's earned the President/CEO Award in 2011, the People's Choice Award in 2013, and the Excellence Award in 2006 and 2007. When she's away from her SAGE family, you'll find her staying busy with her four children. They love adventures and even made a road trip to Disney World and Universal Orlando. You can add "Mom of the Year" to the list of her accomplishments.
Grayson is: Time Magazine's most entertaining (and unusual) person of the year, or so he thinks. Stories of his Paul Bunyan-ish tall tales are of legend and in his spare time, he enjoys winning money from his SAGE colleagues in a variety of athletic competitions.
Greg is: invincible. Or so he thinks. At 16, he did a forward spiral roll in a car and walked away from the wreck, leading him to understand that he cannot die. To date, he has been proven correct.
Jacque is: an industry and military veteran who is like a fine cocktail. A little bit sweet with a splash of spice for a kick!

Jarod began at SAGE in 2005 as a sales representative. In his current role, he handles all relationships with SAGE's largest clients, regional associations, and other partnerships. From a volunteer perspective he served as the President for the regional association, PPAS, in 2019 and has been a PPAI Volunteer for many years. Jarod studied business management at Stephen F. Austin State University. In addition to being dedicated to SAGE, Jarod has also proven his dedication to his buddies by hosting an annual camping trip every year since 2000, where campers are awarded a Golden Axe after attending ten years of camping trips!
Jarrod is known for: breaking out the dance moves every chance he gets. His dance skills even won him the title of NCA Collegiate Mascot Champion in 2010.

Jessica is a graduate of the University of Houston where she studied hotel and restaurant management with an emphasis in event management. She joined SAGE in August of 2017, just in time for the busiest part of tradeshow season! When she isn't working, you can find her training for marathons, cooking, or spending time with her family.
Jim is: the "Real Sitch" from the Jersey Shore transplanted to the state of Texas to represent THE TEXAS TECH RED RAIDERS!! Guns Up!
John is: an amazing husband to the luckiest girl in the world. When he's not watching Texas Tech sports, you can find him doing manly stuff like building things or eating beef jerky.

Rebecca is a graduate of Texas State University with dual degrees in mass communications and sociology. She joined SAGE in 2013 as an event coordinator and has worn many hats over the years. In her current role, she manages customer marketing initiatives, training programs, and occasionally travels for SAGE-managed tradeshows because she loves to see and talk to our customers. She has won SAGE's Outstanding Teamwork and People's Choice Awards, the company All-Star Award, and the Marketing MVP Award. Outside of work, she spends most of her time with family and friends, traveling as much as she can, and seeking out new activities to try.

Ryan joined SAGE in 2010 after selling technology services for a firm in Dallas. Ryan was named a 2016 Rising Star by the Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). He has a Bachelor of Science in emergency management from the University of North Texas. When Ryan is away from the office, you can find him spending time with his wife, Grace, and their son, Theo, or working on restoring his dad's 1975 Ford Bronco.

may as well be Vice President of People and Caffeine because she handles everything from our customer service to our human resources to broken coffeemakers. She joined SAGE in 2000 and is responsible for keeping our customers happy and our employees caffeinated. Shannon won the President's Award in 2006 and the President/CEO Award in 2012. She studied criminal justice and business at Tarleton State University. Outside of work, she can usually be found at a local festival, scouting out a unique new addition to her hand-blown glass collection.
Stacey is: a Diet Coke addict in the process of getting clean. She has completed two Ironman events and is currently molding her adorable puppy, Scout, into the perfect hiking guide.

Stephanie joined the SAGE team in March 2019. She received a Bachelor's Degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management at Midway University in Midway, Kentucky. Stephanie says she chose to pursue a career in human resources because it is a critical role within an organization that helps bridge employees and management while providing compensation, benefits, career development and employee relations. What she enjoys the most about HR is getting to know, understand and help people. Outside of the office, she spends her free time watching sports or movies and trying out new restaurants with her husband and two girls.

Beginning at her family's distribution company when she was 12, Teri is no stranger to the promotional products industry. Since joining the SAGE family in 2012, she has been a saving grace for suppliers, helping them implement complete marketing plans using SAGE. Teri won the Pinnacle Sales Award in 2013 and 2014. Previously, she attended Texas Tech University where she studied marketing and psychology.

Terri Sparkman, MAS is currently the SAGE Sales Development Manager and joined SAGE as a Distributor Account Executive in 2008. She holds a B.A. in communication from The University of Oklahoma. Terri loves coming up with creative ways to help distributors better utilize SAGE tools and grow their business. Terri received the SAGE All Star Award in 2017 and the Top Distributor Sales Award in 2011. When Terri is away from the office, you can find her chasing after her son, Drew.
