Adam Snetman

Adam has been helping clients overcome UX and branding challenges for over 15 years. At home in both digital and traditional media, he spends most of his time designing websites that solve problems, treat audiences with respect, and look great doing it. He is also a frequent guest lecturer in design at Parsons, Pratt, and the School of Visual Arts. He founded Starting Now in 2012 after spending a decade in NYC design and branding agencies, working with clients in the corporate, cultural, education, hospitality, and nonprofit industries. His work has won awards from Communication Arts, Graphic Design USA, and the ReBrand 100 among others. Adam graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University with BAs in Art History and Philosophy. He lives in Queens with his wife and twin toddlers.

Aimee Quantrill

Aimee has been working in the world of content design and UX writing for over 12 years, helping start-ups and established companies find their voice and create new, world-class features for their customers. She's passionate about creating user-friendly experiences, and loves nothing more than making things seamless, consistent, and easy to understand. Aimee graduated with a degree in journalism from Sheffield Hallam University, and worked for several local newspapers before landing a job in UX writing. It was an instant fit, and since then she's designed user journeys from conception to delivery and launched products in multiple languages for companies like Booking.com, Deliveroo and Avant Arte. She works closely with designers, developers, and product managers to create the best experience and deliver the right results. After living in a few different countries, including Australia, Thailand, and The Netherlands, Aimee is now based in London. She spends her spare time reading, working on her French, and visiting surf destinations across Europe.

Amanda Neville

As a business, visual identity and content strategist, Amanda builds companies and teams, organizes operations, and produces integrated marketing plans, national advertising campaigns and complex websites. She has a knack for simplifying complex concepts into accessible messages, and infusing them with heart and humor. She founded Three Furies, a New York-based consultancy to work with progressive organizations, pivoting businesses and visionary entrepreneurs. She has built a reputation for her ability to achieve aggressive objectives on budget and on schedule, a feat she attributes to her commitment to collaboration, open communication and diplomatic truth-telling. Amanda graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and earned her Master's degree at New York University. She also holds a JD from the Washington College of Law at American University, where she was Associate Executive Editor of the International Law Review. Previously, she was head of operations at Carbone Smolan Agency and a founding partner at Thinkso, both boutique branding agencies in Manhattan.

Chrystal Kusi

Chrystal Kusi is a social media strategist intern with multiple interests and a passion for growth and learning. She is currently a student at Columbia University pursuing a B.A. in Anthropology with a concentration in African American and African Diaspora Studies. Chrystal also has a brief history studying computer science and enjoys connecting technical solutions with accessible, people-facing outputs. She loves to think and talk about the intersections of technology and culture, UX research and design, and art as a medium for social change. Her team spirit and strong organizational skills have helped her succeed in a variety of positions. Before joining Three Furies, Chrystal worked in education and healthcare startup environments assisting with curriculum and content development, research, product management, and strengthening consumer relationships. She is excited to continue curating holistic solutions to business development and social media problems with Three Furies. When she's not doing coursework or exploring UX strategies, Chrystal enjoys baking, jewelry making, discovering new music, and going to concerts with friends.

Cybele Grandjean

Cybele Grandjean is a designer specializing in visual design, user experience, branding, typography, and art direction. She has created websites, apps, and design systems for small startups and large corporations. Cybele is a partner and co-founder of Area of Practice, a design and branding consultancy based in New York City. She also teaches Interaction Design and Publishing Design courses at Parsons School of Design. Cybele has spoken at both local and international design events. Her work has been recognized by The Society of Publication Designers, The Art Directors Club, and the Type Directors Club. She has also produced several talks on about media for the Society of Publication Designers.

David Wilson

Born & raised in Boston, MA, David began his marketing career after a decade in fashion, leading regional retail operations for global brands Zara, Club Monaco, Theory, & Bally. Despite studying Graphic Design at The Art Institute, his penchant for luxury clientele & designer collections overpowered his proficiency in cool graphics. In the previous decade, David has published dozens of collaborations in reputable fashion, art, and lifestyle platforms. Additionally, his industry relationships range from award-winning designers to fashion PR firms including Conde Nast, cg42, Agentry PR, Karla Otto, & KCD. David's expertise in omnichannel marketing campaigns & content distribution strategy was cultivated while leading digital marketing consultation and strategy for both the global web development firm AgilityIO and Miami-based digital marketing agency NGNG Agency.

Elena Haskins

Elena's experience lies within designing and strategizing enterprise SaaS products and B2C solutions across various industries including: public health, financial services, law, e-commerce, entertainment, cyber security, non-profits, and more. Her passion is helping companies that scale impact, and have missions around empowering their users through services and information. Haskins is currently based in Tulsa, OK, but has worked primarily in New York City. She is the founder of Anele, a UX studio, and co-founder of Cipher Studio, a software development agency. Elena runs a UX Mentorship and community program to support UX emerging designers and recent college graduates, called Converge.

Eric Harris

Eric is a writer who is always looking for the best way to tell a story. Graduating with a B.A. in Creative Writing and a minor in Philosophy, he works to ensure that his clients' needs are met and messaging fulfilled across all manner of written copy, content strategy, and multimedia forms. Eric has worked previously as a freelance editor and a tutor, wherein he was able to experience and share in the values of working collaboratively and highlighting underrepresented voices. Outside of the office, Eric can be found exploring Brooklyn's local food scene, reading/writing short stories in the park, learning the rules to a new tabletop game, or trying out new recipes.

Erin Hall

Atlanta-based visual designer, Erin Hall, designs identity systems and digital interfaces that exude a fresh, modern vibe. Her work is marked by strong typography skills, an elegant sense of color and high-level organization. A Portfolio Center graduate, she started her career in New York at internationally acclaimed Carbone Smolan Agency, where she worked on identity programs for Fortune 500 companies, luxury brands and corporate institutions. She was recruited to a start-up opportunity with a newly formed branding agency, Meter Industries. Under the guidance of Marty Weiss, she worked on projects ranging from designing a new brand for Blue School, a century-old progressive school in the West Village to creating print, digital and outdoor campaigns and events for a new Polish Vodka. As a freelancer, Erin has worked with a diverse group of organizations ranging from large corporations (Morgan Stanley, BCG) to the City of Augusta (GA), where she created an identity and website for the revitalization of the Laney Walker Bethlehem neighborhood, as well as prestigious institutions such as Morehouse College.

Gregory Cypser

Greg began his design career creating marketing emails for several small retailers before joining the package design team at Godiva. Since then, he has gone on to design for brands that vary in industry and size, including PetCo, Unger, Flipz Pretzels, McVities, Carr's, and more. Greg has also designed successful email campaigns for nationally-recognized brands, such as Lacoste, and created web sites and design concepts, from logos to collateral to interior design, for small business and nonprofits. With strong design sensibility and leadership acumen, Greg considers good design a kind of problem solving, where no project is too big or too small to be handled with deliberation and care.

Isabel Gilmour

Isabel is a creative writer with a keen grasp on social media strategy and communications. She previously worked in the New York art world, where she brought her passion for problem-solving to the communications teams of multiple contemporary art galleries and the Whitney Museum of American Art. Isabel graduated from Columbia University, where she earned a B.A. in Art History and a Special Concentration in Business Management from the Mendelson Center for Undergraduate Business Initiatives at Columbia Business School. Isabel currently lives in Brooklyn, and enjoys reading, writing short stories, keeping up with art world drama, and eating her way through the five boroughs.

Jenny Drinkard

Jenny is an Amsterdam-based consultant specializing in UX design, product strategy and research. She rocks at communication, organization and level-setting, and rolls with unexpected outcomes produced by user testing, delivery dates, and tricky team dynamics. She is passionate about helping teams win big by incorporating a user centered approach into their product development process. Her 8+ years experience as an agency side design lead has allowed for her to gain a wide portfolio of clients and projects. A sampling of her past clients include: PVH (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein), Google, UPS, Lowes, AMC Theatres, Dun & Bradstreet, Stanley Security, and Mid-America Apartment Communities. Over the past year, as the pandemic has challenged our typical ways of gathering user insights and conducting large team activities (such as brainstorms), she has focused on refining her facilitation skills to ensure stress-free remote collaboration.

Kate Cooper

Kate Cooper is a content strategist who believes words are a business asset and teaches clients to invest in them. An advocate for plain language and a student of digital behavior, Kate believes in the power of discovery and a less-is-more approach to content. Her clients include both household names and emerging startups. Kate is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the Radcliffe Publishing Course (now the Columbia Publishing Course). Before working in content strategy, she was a magazine writer and editor. Her stories have appeared in Fit Pregnancy, Coastal Living, Southern Living, Cooking Light and other national consumer magazines. An avid reader, runner and weight lifter, Kate is also the mother of three. She lives in Richmond, VA, with her husband.

Nadia Ramadan Jones

Nadia Ramadan Jones is a talent and cultural strategist who advises companies on how to create more innovative, impactful and sustainable inclusive environments. Her primary areas of expertise include creating program, practice and policy recommendations for organizations as well as advising C-suite executives. For over ten years, she has held senior diversity roles at Morrison & Foerster LLP, a global intellectual property law firm, and Morgan Stanley. Additionally, Nadia has provided her services to impactful brands such as J&J Design, Howard Hughes, Gimlet Media, Credit Karma, 72andSunny, the American Association for Advertising Agencies, AirBnB, Huge, Inc. and AIGA NY. In her previous life, Nadia was a commercial litigator at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and has since entered recovery. Prior to launching Culture Cipher Consulting, Nadia was a VP, Talent at a digital advertising agency, Huge Inc. She has a B.A. in Political Science & African/African American Studies from Yale University and holds a law degree from Fordham Law School. She dwells in Brooklyn with her son, Jameson and their two chihuahuas, Whitman Thurgood & Baldwin Fanon. And while she's traveled many places, she is Manhattan's own.

Neo Khama

Neo Khama is a self-taught multidisciplinary designer, specialising in branding and digital design for lifestyle and wellness brands. With previous experience in the fashion and entertainment marketing industry, working with brands such as Christopher Kane, Vivienne Westwood and Giles Deacon, Neo learnt the importance of storytelling and the value of effective communication. She incorporates that knowledge in her work, with an approach to design that not only makes each client's creative vision a reality but also ensures that the reality is compelling and functional. Neo has lived around the world, from London to Shanghai and Hong Kong and now Los Angeles. Recent clients include Dive in Well, Female Founder Collective, Equi London and Edeline Lee.

Pam Payne

Pam Payne founded Brickhaus in 1995 when website development was the studio's focus. Her experience spans decades of freelance, contract and fulltime positions in academic and corporate communities, including supervisor of creative services departments for major investment banks as well as corporate IT trainer and software developer. As Sole Proprietor of Brickhaus, her digital production skills are extensive, as are her contacts within the field. Patty McIntosh

Qian Chen

Qian is a UX designer with a passion for social impact. With a diverse toolkit, she has experience managing the end to end user centered design process - from strategy to visual design. Her work spans enterprise, digital, start-ups, and government. Some notable projects include leading UX research a CV builder to help thousands of low-income New Zealanders find jobs, and helping to raise $60,000 for a project to help first generation students graduate college through the Robin Hood Foundation. In addition to her design projects, she has mentored and taught UX in countries such as Malaysia and South Africa. As a designer who embraces cultural immersion, her ideal process is co-designing with the people in local communities. When she is not wrangling with auto-layout in Figma, she can be found zoning out on cooking videos and trying not to fly off her bike.

Rhiannon Guzelian

Rhi is an energetic, creative marketing specialist with a unique background: seven years as a military leader, followed by three years as a personal branding consultant with one year of social media manager experience. Experienced with social listening, synthesizing research into actionable insight, and creating content, she has led highly visible editorial projects for the Bob Woodruff Foundation and several of its initiatives. She was part of a senior team that consulted on Stanford University's Vice Provost for Graduate Education website content, leading the accessibility analysis and recommendations. Rhi's teamwork and communication skills are galvanized by her aircrew experience. She not only takes initiative but also follows through on complex tasks with meticulous care. Before joining the Three Furies team, she founded the state of Maine's first-ever active, Veteran-focused Facebook presence and devised the social media marketing strategy for Maine Hire a Vet Campaign's pilot year. She is incredibly reliable and also very funny, with a bottomless well of pop culture references and the strongest GIF game on our team. She lives in Maine with her husband, and an assortment of domesticated animal companions.

Romi Hefetz

Romi has spent more than 15 years on a wide spectrum of design projects; from high end home accessories for Ralph Lauren, through whimsical conceptual pieces and exhibit design for The Boym Partners, to home accessories that were sold at large retailers such as Target, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Kohl's, to name a few. She founded her own ceramic studio in 2008, where she designed, produced, and managed the studio. Her high end porcelain product lines were sold at retailers such as Takashimaya, MoMA SF, Gump's, MAD Museum and more. Besides designing, managing and cooking delicious food for her family and friends, Romi is very much into camping, reading, watching movies and growing mushrooms in her basement.

Samantha Yatovitz

Art director and graphic designer Samantha Yatovitz (né O'Brien) is an award winning senior creative from Sydney, Australia. Now based in Portland Oregon, Samantha continues to strike a successful balance between advertising and design projects. Conceptually based, collaborative, and skilled in all disciplines from print media to television, radio and digital, she is as equally at home creating a brand identity as she is a multi-faceted national advertising campaign. Samantha moved to New York in 2010 where she continued to work for some of the world's leading advertising agencies, design firms and publishers before making Portland her home in 2012. Achieving top honours at AWARD School (Australian Writers & Art Directors Association), and being a student of Milton Glaser at the School of Visual Arts, New York have been invaluable highlights along the way. Illustration, photography, copywriting, creative presentation and strategic thinking are additional skills that she brings to her practice.

Timea Dancs

Prior to teaming up with Three Furies, she was a designer at Thinkso Creative, Martha Stewart Omnimedia, and at Pentagram, where she worked on accounts such as Barnes & Noble, Amnesty International and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. She started her career as an intern at Rolling Stone. In her spare time, Timea is raising two boys with her husband in New Jersey.

Trinity Sazo

Trinity Sazo is a social media & marketing support intern with a strong background in a variety of interdisciplinary skills and a goal to always be a continuous learner. She is a student at Columbia University pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. In her classes, she studies developing new technology with a focus in accessibility and building mobile/web applications, as well as new potential ventures in many of her business-focused classes. Trinity places a lot of focus on how technology intertwines with all aspects of life and niches from health and fitness to productivity software in order to better the lives of others. Experienced with startups, she is adaptable and reliable, finding work where it needs to be done and taking proactive steps to find ways to make a product and project better. Prior to Three Furies, Trinity contributed to a handful of projects in big tech environments and assisted with product development from persona creation to implementation. She is excited to continue curating holistic solutions to business development and social media needs with Three Furies. When school is out of session, Trinity plays around with her own social media accounts: dabbling in video editing, content creation, and her general love for fitness. You can catch her at the gym, becoming obsessed with learning something new, or binging all kinds of cooking competition shows.
