James "Jim" Ramsey

Jim grew up outside Kenton, Ohio, attended Ridgemont High School, and received his Bachelor's of Arts in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in 1983. He went on to serve in the United States Army as a Signal Corps Officer with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg. He was selected for the elite White House Communications Agency (WHCA) in 1996 and served in that position until he retired from the Army in November 2004. During his career which spanned portions of both the administration of President Clinton and President Bush, Jim planned, managed, and orchestrated all communication assets in support of 200+ visits by the President, Vice President, White House Staff, US Secret Service, and White House Military Office. These visits covered almost all 50 states and some 20+ foreign countries. Jim's most important roll for the United States came on 9/11 and in the days that followed when he connected President Bush to heads of state and military leaders around the world as the response to the attacks on the World Trade Towers was decided and executed. For his efforts, Jim was awarded the Presidential Certificate of Leadership and the Legion of Merit. He also led mission critical trips such as the Middle East Peace Summit in Egypt, the 2000 Camp David Summit, President Clinton's visit to Kosovo and to Vietnam, and was selected by President Bush as his CIO for the 2006 G-8 Summit in Sea Island, Georgia. Following his illustrious career in the White House Communications Agency, Jim went into the private sector where he has worked with Secret and Top Secret clearance as Senior VP for Morgan Franklin, Senior VP for Protection Strategies Incorporated, President of MTN Government Services, Co-Founder/CEO for Lepton Global Solutions, and currently Sr. VP for Bizflow.

Jane Murray

Jane Murray has been a Military Spouse for 33 years. She has served in a variety of positions in support of Soldiers and Families. She has worked as a volunteer with Child Youth & School Age Services, Protestant Woman of the Chapel, Community and Officer Spouse's Club, Army Community Service, Parent Teacher Association, Army Family Action Plan, Health Consumer Council and other's. Additionally, she has served as the FRG Leader/Advisor at the Company, Battalion, Brigade, and Division Level. She's an Army Family Team Building Instructor, a Facilitator Trainer for Leadership and Group Skills at the U.S. Army War College, and has served as a subject matter expert on numerous Sr. Spouse Panels. Additionally she has served on the Board of Director's for various Veterans Organizations and YMCA's Mrs. Murray is from Kenton, Ohio. She attended The Ohio State University, Columbus College, and graduated with a Nursing Degree from Central Texas College in 1994. She is a Mother Baby/NICU/Pediatric Nurse. Her most recent experience has been in Home Health Care with medically fragile foster children. Her hobbies include golf, cooking, quilting, reading and crochet. Mrs. Murray is married to LTG Mike Murray. They have 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren.

Matthew Jennings

Matt has served as the CEO of Quest Federal, formerly Hardin Community Credit Union since 1997. Prior to his duties with the credit union he worked for an area agricultural lender and a national retail store finance provider. Matt was raised in Hardin County, Ohio on a dairy farm, received his high school diploma from Ridgemont High and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from Wilmington College of Ohio. Matt has been married to Marcella "Marcy" for 19 years and has one son, Mitchell who is 11 years old. Quest Federal Credit Union is a 12,500 member based organization where Matt and his management team administer $90+ million in assets. Quest employs 35 staff members and oversight is provided by a 9 person, member elected, volunteer board of directors. During Matt's tenure with Quest, the credit union has grown from 3,500 members, $15 million in assets and one location to its current member and asset size with four branches in Hardin and Logan Counties. Other civic and non-profit organizations that Matt serves in a leadership role are; Hardin County Chamber & Business Alliance, Hardin County Community Foundation, Hardin Memorial Hospital, Ohio Health Board of Directors and Community Needs Committee, Home Run Memorial Park, Hardin County YMCA Soccer Complex, Optimists of Kenton, Underground Investment Club, Kenton Midget Football, Hardin Leadership Alumni, Rhodes State College Foundation Board and the Hardin County Airport Authority Board.

Scott Johnson

Scott grew up on Wadsworth, Ohio, where he was co-valedictorian of the Class of 1975, qualified for state in wrestling, and became an Eagle Scout. He earned a Bachelor's of Science with a major in Biology from Mount Union University in 1979 where he also qualified for the Division III, NCAA national finals in wrestling. He culminated his academic career by receiving his Masters in Divinity in 1984 from Eden Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. Scott served as the senior pastor of the Russellville Community Church in Russellville, Indiana, from 1984-1990, before moving to Kenton, Ohio, where he served as the senior minister at St. John's United Church of Christ until taking a position as Director of NGOs (Non-Government Organizations) for MTN Government Services out of Leesburg, Virginia. In this directorship, Scott was tasked with bringing satellite internet into remote locations for missions, hospitals, and aid/relief organizations. His work included installing VSAT services on USO mobile units, field-testing telemedicine devices in Kenya, telemedicine fact-finding for Arizona State University in Rwanda, speaking on satellite connectivity at the first international zoonotics congress held in Addis Abba, Ethiopia, and helping to connect our troops in Iraq and Afghanistan to celebrity figures in America for online video gaming with the non-profit, Pro Vs. GI Joes. Scott also assisted in the first live ultra sound from the Albert Schweitzer Hospital in Gabon, Africa, to an OBGYN doctor in Boston. Scott's passion has been establishing broadband internet at the Be Like Brit orphanage in Haiti so that online education and telemedicine procedures can be conducted 24/7. He has taken three mission teams to Be Like Brit. Scott is the Director of Communications at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Fellowship in Disaster Medicine, Disaster Preparedness Program, Harvard Humanitarian Initiative, and is currently the Associate Minister at St. John's UCC in Kenton.
