Janea has been a valued Winston team member since 2018. Before moving to Customer Care she performed multiple jobs in Manufacturing, including punch press, lasering, and assembly. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts from Sullivan University. Outside of work, Janea loves doing DIY projects with her daughter and shopping for vintage items, particularly anything with a skull on it.

Martin is the Customer Care Team Leader focusing on technical support. He has been with the company since November 2008, and has held roles in Product Service along with Customer Care. Martin's experience helps drive the Customer Care team to provide an exceptional experience. Martin is an avid sports fan and enjoys golfing in his spare time.

Chef Samantha Brown carries dual degrees; one from Sullivan in Culinary Arts and the other from University of Kentucky Food Science. She has 15 years of foodservice experience + 8 years of product development (R&D) experience.
Shaun Tanner is named President and CEO of Winston Industries, following the retirement of Val Shelton. Shaun is the first CEO in the company's history who is not a member of the Shelton family.

Spencer Cole is a Winston Foodservice Global Accounts Manager. Prior to joining Winston Foodservice, Spencer worked as the culinary director for a culinary consultant and marketing agency. He has also worked at a number of prestigious restaurants on the East Coast.
Suzannah Stephens is the Marketing Manager and joined Winston in 2022. She has been a marketer in the foodservice industry for over 20 years and especially appreciates the people and uniqueness of the industry. Suzannah enjoys creative, collaborative problem-solving and welcomes the opportunity to engage with internal and external partners. In her free time, she can be found spending time with her husband and two sons, often in the car between activities.
Valerie Shelton is named President/CEO of Winston Industries.

Will is the Customer Care Technical Document Specialist. He joined the Winston team in February 2015 as a Customer Care Specialist. Based on his knowledge and keen attention to detail, Will was promoted in October 2016 to a newly created position focusing on technical documents and critical training materials, to enhance the support provided to our customers. He has a BFA from the University of Oregon. In his free time, he enjoys working in his garden and coaching soccer.
Winston Shelton steps down as Chairman of the Board and divests himself of controlling interest in the company. But he continues to experiment and brainstorm in the engineering lab, heading the Advanced Engineering department.
Winston Shelton dies at age 96. At the time of his passing, Winston still made occasional trips into the office to work on various projects. He is greatly missed.
