Ashlee joined our team in 2023. Although new to the Welcome Home team, Ashlee comes with seven years of credit union experience and over 10 years of customer relations. Her background includes working in management for two large franchises. Her most recent years were spent working as a financial services specialist, and she quickly grew to become an operations specialist in the administration department.
Ashlee's biggest motivators in life are her husband, Tyler, and their daughter, Nicole. When not in the office, Ashlee enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, trips to Kitty Hawk Beach, and drag racing with her husband.

Hilda joined the agency in February 2017. Before coming on staff, she had been a client since 2010 and became a licensed agent focusing on income planning in Richmond in 2014. Prior to retirement, she worked in management for almost 40 years at the DuPont Company.
Hilda believes that so many people want to ask for help with their finances but don't know how. As someone who loves to see others excel in life, she wants others to enjoy what she feels they deserve by helping them prepare for the future.
Hilda is a lifetime member of the Virginia State University Alumni Association, having graduated from there with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and is a native of Chesterfield County, where she resides with her husband. She has two children and three grandchildren and is very active in her church, First Baptist Church, Centralia. Hilda is an active 50-plus-year member of the Chesterfield Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., really loves working with people, and enjoys life to the fullest.
Ivana has been with our agency since 2010, providing exceptional assistance to our agents and service to our clients. She has been in the administrative field for over 20 years, bookending a period of teaching middle and high school math and science.
A Richmond native, Ivana is a Varina High School graduate and Randolph-Macon College attendee. After transferring to Virginia Commonwealth University, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in science, with a concentration in mathematics, and loves supporting the Rams any chance she can as a lifetime alumni association member.
When she's not in the office, Ivana enjoys traveling, reading, get-togethers with friends, and relaxing at home with her Shichon dog.

With over 37 years of experience financial strategizing in the Richmond area, Ralph's goal is to ensure that each client fully understands the steps they are taking in preparing for their financial future. Clients consistently remark about how much more they understand what they have after talking with him.
Ralph is a graduate of Virginia Tech, as his office Hokies paraphernalia shows. He enjoys spending his time out of the office with his wife, two sons, their wives, and three grandchildren, as well as hiking and canoeing.
Scott joined the Welcome Home team in 2022; while new to the team in Richmond, Scott has worked alongside Welcome Home Financial Partners since 2010. Scott came to the financial services industry in 2008 as an independent producer, and in 2010, he transitioned into a wholesaling position where he spent 12 years working with some of the top financial advisors in the United States, including Ralph and Tim Short. Scott is passionate about helping individuals achieve the successful retirement they have worked so hard to earn.
Scott is married to Molly, has a son, Bradleigh, and two large dogs. Outside of the office, Scott enjoys golfing, cooking and being in the great outdoors.

Susan joined the team in 2021. Prior to being a stay-at-home mom, Susan worked as an advertising consultant for many years. She grew up in Lancaster, PA, and graduated from Millersville University with a degree in marketing.
When not working, Susan spends most of the time with her husband of over 21 years, their three children, and their dog. Most of this time is spent in the car taking the kids to various sports practices, church activities, or to visit with friends.
Susan loves being outdoors either taking walks with friends and family or just tending to the yard. She also enjoys their yearly beach vacations to Ocean City, NJ, with family.

Since 2014, Tim has been a financial professional in Richmond and one of our Investment Advisor Representatives who provides personalized solutions for each client, based on their retirement goals.
As Ralph's son, he grew up in the financial services industry and has developed a passion for showing the importance of retirement income strategies to the next generation.
In his second year with Welcome Home Financial Partners, Tim received multiple production awards, including a trip to Canada to meet Magic Johnson. He is a huge sports fan and always up for a good sports debate. Prior to joining us, Tim was in upper management and customer service for 12 years. He spends his time away from work with his wife of almost 20 years and their daughter, two sons, and beloved two dogs.
